I ordered the pizza box with pasta and the pasta was not completely done. The middle was fine but around the edge of the whole thing the pasta was still uncooked and disgusting.
UPDATE!! This is the second time I’ve ordered pasta from them and it’s horrible! The outside edge part is hard and crunchy all around. I have pictures this time and they dont do justice because it was terrible. Not enough sauce being added to the pasta, it’s dry and crunchy and the outer edges aren’t getting soft. They’re hard. Absolutely unacceptable!

Had a pizza and wings delivered. They forgot our wings so I called to get our wings and they wanted me to drive and get them. No refund was offered either. Beyond annoyed with my experience. Never again will I order from gas city pizza hutt

This Pizza Hut has the worst service! We moved here in the summer and this is the only pizza place that delivers. I’ve ordered from them a ton as I am busy with four kids and a graduate student. I have experienced it all. They take sometimes two hours to deliver. The sauce problem is ridiculous. Pictures below is a cheese pizza that is suppose to have extra sauce an has next to no sauce! Also who taught this person how to cut the pizza? I ordered cheese sticks on my previous order and they send breadsticks. I ordered a super supreme with out the Italian sausage and Pork and they sent it with! They remade it today and guess what! It still has sausage on it. Worst pizza place ever!

Not gonna bother ordering here again..1 star is too many… I ordered delivery at 4:30. Get a notification it’ll be delivered by 5. 5:15 I still don’t have a pizza so I check the tracking only to see that they’re still “preparing it” so I call and the lady tells me it’s heading right out the door. I live 5 minutes from this place and out took another 30 min to deliver it. (my guess is they hadn’t even started it and only sent the notification that it was out for delivery while they actually made it.) Then to top it all off I open the box to find no sauce for my breadsticks or cinn sticks. Oh and they forgot to cut and put the topping on the breadsticks as well……then I try it eat it only to discover there’s no crust on the edge AND the dough isn’t even fully cooked!! Absolutely ridiculous! Save your money and go elsewhere.

We walk in and the lady immediately stops us and says we have an hour and half wait. The lobby was 1/3 full – she said they couldn’t keep up with all the orders coming in. Delivery and carrying is priority first. This is terrible customer service for a Friday night

I was worried when I saw the bad reviews. 3-8-23 at 10pm I recieved the best pizza I had from a pizza hut since I was a kid. I never been to this location before but I will be back! Wow! Personal pan with pork and mushroom was OUT OF THIS WORLD! puffy crust, great flavor and hot as hell!

How my pizza looked when I opened the box. Still tasted good but was a mess. Also missing sauce with my bread sticks. My delivery driver was very nice. Hoping next time will be better.

The pizza got delivered 2 hours after ordering, and they said it would take from 30-40 minutes and first the came and hadn’t even sent the right order with so the driver had to go back for the right order… never order delivery from this Pizza Hut

Denied a refund after waiting an additional hour and a half from when our pizza was listed as done on the app, they just now putting it in the oven was a lie too. Ridiculous. Staff doesn’t care, very rude. Manager was even ruder, they yelled at customers, cussed at a few too. I was told originally it’d be a few minutes when we were in drive-thru the first time, theyd bring it out in a few minutes, so they had us pay ahead and basically stole our money and every other customers money. Luckily police came in to talk to the manager before a riot broke out. What a rip off, we’ll never order from Pizza Hut again. We’ll gladly drive the extra 15 minutes for Poppa Johns.

Wasted $26.00 on 2 hand tossed pizzas & 2 orders of breadsticks and Pepsi.Got home too eat & found out a graham cracker was thicker than the pizza & they barely had any sauce on them,Took a bite and thre both pizzas away.A total joke.
