Callie’s Creamery is honestly a hidden gem. But in a sea of famous Jersey shore ice cream towns, how do they stand out you may ask.
Their ice cream contains the highest quality ingredients and all of their flavor flavors are handcrafted in house. You can really taste the difference!
We tried a variety of amazing flavors like the mint fudge swirl, Nutella Graham, Callie’s cotton candy, and the Dubai chocolate, but my favorites were Cookie Monster and biscoff cookie butter! You can order an ice cream flight which is perfect for indecisive people like me. Six flavors, sounds good to me!
Their sundaes are huge and could be shared with 2 people. The brownie sundae was decadent and dripping in fudge. Yum!
I like that it’s indoors which means you can come here year round. There’s plenty of seating in their adorable ice cream shop, which is adorned with painted sprinkles all over the walls! There’s claw machines for kids and even a photo booth. Pints, ice cream sandwiches, and more in their freezer ready to go. Can’t wait to be back for more!

I’m absolutely blown away by the ice cream at this place! The 4.9-star rating is 100% deserved — I’d give it a perfect 10 if I could! The portions are huge, but the ice cream is so divine that it’s impossible to stop eating. They kindly let us sample every flavor we wanted, and each one was a masterpiece. We went with Dubai Chocolate, Oreo, Cinnamon Bun, and Chocolate Fawn Butter — all incredibly natural and rich, as if made fresh from the finest ingredients. The atmosphere, the service, and the flavors are all top-notch!

Well, for those of you who follow me, I call them as they are, the good, the bad, and the ugly. This ice cream establishment is without a doubt, after visiting about 18 ice cream shops, the absolute best ice cream I have ever tasted!!
It’s worth a three hour drive to get there, probably the best ice cream I’ve tasted in all 50 states and beyond!! This is “ 7 Star” World class ice cream!
The flavors are from heaven, a selection second to none! The staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating!
This is one of those rare occasions when I have to say “you absolutely must go!”

The ice cream here is 5/5 amazing! I had a scoop of butter pecan and 2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter covered in peanuts, hot fudge, and whipped cream. The consistency and the flavor were better than anything I have ever tasted. Very happy

Callie’s is always a win in our book and we swing by whenever we are in the area. Partner got Callie’s Cotton Candy and Mint Fudge. I got the Blueberry Cobbler and Fruity Pebbels. We both enjoyed our flavors greatly, but the Cobbler and Cotton Candy were the standouts.

Everything is better with ice cream, even a rainy Friday! Callie’s is new to our area, and it’s a welcome addition – their ice cream is terrific! Creamy and not too sweet. Homemade. Lots and lots of flavors – including vegan and no sugar added – we hope to try them all. Tonight we had fudge striped brownie batter and coffee chip crunch. Scoops were generous. Good prices.
The creamery is accessible ♿️, with lots of room between tables. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bathrooms. Parking right outside.

HIGH quality ingredients, perfect balance of textures, fabulous flavors, and just an absolutely delightful brand run by Jay, who’s a gem of a human.
