I ordered the crispy duck with Pad Thai, and wow — this is out of this world.
I’m a truck driver and I’ve eaten Thai food all over the country — New York, California, Las Vegas, Houston, Chicago, you name it. This place stands out from all of them.
I ordered it spicy, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked crispy duck, incredible seasoning, and the Pad Thai was on another level.
If you’re thinking about ordering crispy duck with Pad Thai, this is the right place.
If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

Nice decor and very attentive service. Everyone worked well as a team, bring out food when ready and clearing table.
Had the kuay tiew koua/sautéed noodles with chicken and eggs. It was tasty and had that Smokey wok flavor. The green curry was decent, though a bit overpowering, as it was lacking balance between the curry paste and coconut milk.
Fish cakes patties were over pureed and fried too long. Tasted burnt and didn’t taste like they were made in house. Looked better on the menu.

I strongly craved hot tom yum soup and decided to visit a local Thai restaurant for lunch. The food was quite decent; the tom yum soup met my expectations, and the Pad See-Ew had a sweeter flavor than I anticipated. However, combining the wide rice noodles, seafood, and Chinese broccoli created a pleasant harmony of textures. The service was satisfactory, and while the restaurant had a somewhat dated appearance, it was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and other festive items.

I ordered the lunch special- I got vegetable soup, stir fried vegetables with padti. I also ordered some crab rangons. The sipi was a little spicy – I did not like the flavor; I did not get much vegetables in my stir fry order, and the rangons were over cooked – hard and dark- and they had too much if onion flavor. They were very small. And you only got 6 for $10. Way over priced. I called to let them know, as I wanted a refund on the rangons at least, and the man just said thank you for your comment. He did not even offer to fix it. This place the food did not have much flavor at all. I was not happy, and if I was not working late, I would have taken the food right back to gety money back. I will not go to this place ever again.

I’d say the food quality is closer to a 2 than a 3 however I received “VERY FRIENDLY” service contrary to the reviews the young man walked me through the menu just fine. The crispy fried duck was eh fair to Midland nothing special especially for the price, must use the sauce. The curry soup was fine when mixed with rice. I’ve never been a huge Thai food fan however this was the only non busy place in the plaza on Friday night, my main issue was by no means was this worth 40 bucks lol, that’s insane for what I received.

Can’t go wrong with the Thai ice tea and TY soup. Massaman signature dish was a nice chicken curry stew with enough heat to enjoy. Very polite service, quiet enough to enjoy with company.

The entrees are alright, however it did not taste like restaurant quality Thai cuisine. The Kao Poe chicken tasted like something I – a white American – could make at home. Plus the serving sizes are small, and all the meals are $18 and up. The aesthetic is really nice, but I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking for Thai food.
