Every time I go to the sonic in church point louisiana they either are way to slow bringing items. I order ahead to have it ready when I get there. I ordered 15 min before I get there, (I only live 2 min from sonic) I am have to wait another 20 min for a drink without food. They won’t have anyone in slots or drive through, but you can expect to wait a good 10 for them to bring one drink out. I went for 2 drinks on 9-22-25 again order on the app and lost 5 min after placing online order, and still waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. I had to pull in a stall and remind them I had checked in 30 m8n prior then they brought my drinks. I get it if they are busy but they had 3 cars there. It’s freaking ridiculous. You can see them standing in their just talking to each other.

The Ice and drinks smell and taste like mold or mildew. Clean the ice machine already. Were shirts when your inside sonic not shirtless. Why do they allow flip flops for workers and/manager. Its just gross.

Whoever cleans the parking lot every morning is the best employee over there. Service is trashhh. Should not have to wait 30 mins for ice cream especially when it was ordered 20 mins before we get there. EVERYTHING TAKES FOREVER and tastes old. Just close it down.

Every time we have gone to sonic the food has not been good. The french fries taste like they have been sitting there all day the bacon has always been burnt burgers do not taste good at all everything taste old. Like it’s been sitting on the grill or sitting out too long. Even down to the drinks Or not right, we had to repeat ourselves more than once when ordering and it still doesn’t come out right. They do not pay attention to the customer or what they are doing I have gone through the drive through and could’ve left without paying because they thought someone already came up to the window and even questioned me more than once if someone came to the window I could’ve said yes and left without paying for my food. It’s like the Sonic employees have no wants what so ever. It’s fast food you dont like working there fine either go some where else or at least pretend you care so the food actually taste like it’s edible. Im surprised it’s been open as long as it has been. I have worked for a sonic for 7 years and love their food but because of this one sonic it makes me hesitate to eat any other sonic! I have noticed mornings or somewhat better than afternoons but that shouldn’t be the case, no matter the time the food should at least be good.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Sonic. But, $3.59 for 5 onion rings (medium), and they taste and look like they have been under the warming light too long. Also, I had a reward for a 1/2 price shake, I made sure I checked the reward when placing my order online, but I was charged full price $4.09 for a small. Spent almost $30 on an order and they can’t get it right.

Worst place to eat in the afternoon.
I ordered a Sonic burger with cheese. No onions,No ketchup or mayonnaise.
It took over 30 minutes to get my food . The tater-tots were cold and hard . They put Ketchup only on my burger and it was COLD .
I requested for some fresh tater-tots ant they were taking too long so. I left and never got my tots .
I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AS A FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. I FEEL LIKE I WAS RIPPED OFF !!!!!

Edit: since the ice cream incident, I have gone back and when I got my food the thing I paid for were MISSING then I got HUNG UP ON when I called about it AND had TO WASTE AND EXTRA 20 miles of gas because I had to go back in person for a CARD REFUND . THIS IS THE WORST SONIC I HAVE EVER VISITED I WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Original complaint: Ordered a Oreo blast with chocolate and caramel and whipped cream on top. I was brought a regular Oreo blast and when she brought it back I was given a shake. I worked here and this would have never been acceptable. If I could add pictures I would.

This was a horrible experience I went there yesterday to go get some ice cream I had got a cream slush it tasted horrible like so bad I threw it away and some fries and a small vanilla shack and a sundae I also got some buffalo chicken dip bites and they had a hair at the bottom of the bag disgusting never again I should’ve gotten a refund.Not to mention I waited for about 20 minutes.
