Long Island is home to oh so many bagel places and the Bagel Factory does an admirable job fighting for its place to be one of them. Came here for lunch, and my girlfriend and I had no problem getting our BECs. Despite the name, this place also does have a decent size deli inside too, so having that option for me I think always elevates any bagel place just a little bit more. Everything was fresh and delicious, even a little later in the day when you might expect that you’d get slim pickings on bagels. Coffee was only okay, but it’s a bagel place, I’m not gonna ding them too much for it. There are a few tables indoors and outdoors if you choose to sit and stay, but you’re probably better off to just grab and go. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you’re going at prime time, but everybody moves quick so you likely won’t be waiting long.

This morning, I stopped to grab bagels before work, and I have to say—the Bagel Factory is the real deal. I was greeted by such friendly staff and treated to hot, fresh, fluffy bagels. Everything tasted wonderful, and as a nurse, I truly appreciated the 10% discount. The owners were incredibly kind and made me feel like family. Highly recommend—10/10.

Listen – a good bagel is a good bagel. And when paired with a nice coffee or made in to a sandwich? It’s incredible. Food is always freshly prepared – and pretty quickly during their busier moments, too. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.

I just walked out of the Pearl Vision store next door (*to which I did a review on that location), walking to my car, SUDDENLY i realized there is a BAGEL FACTORY right next door. How convenient?
All I could think of was a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Cashiers/Order takers, young teens were attentive and polite checking with everyone on the line if they were being helped. Even checking with me again after I ordered. I actually liked that.
The sandwich was ready in a matter of minutes. When the bill rang up, YIKES $8.69 the sticker shock caught me by surprise. I guess I was expecting $4 and change for just a breakfast sandwich. I mean I didn’t even order a coffee. This sandwich was a take home and devour for me. When my teeth sank into the bagel OH MY GOODNESS “DELICIOUS!!!” At that point I wasn’t thinking about what I just spent….LOL
BATHROOMS;
Sorry I never checked that one out so I am not sure they have that facility for patrons eating in?

I think it is fair to say that one should make sure of what something will cost before putting in their order. Seems like other reviewers on here have commented on the same issues. Being charged for things they didn’t order. I wasn’t asked how many scrambled eggs I wanted on my sandwich (my fault ) and 2 were added.
Begals and Cold cuts looked fresh. Coffee station table in the middle of the floor. Some seating. Cold AC on walls, Large Windows have good natural lighting coming in.
I actually plan on going back one of these days. Good experience looks as though they have a following in returning customers, a plus*

Bagels are phenomenal, but I realized they put less cream cheese for flavored cream cheese then regular cream cheese. I was so excited to try their flavored cream cheeses because they have great options, but i was dissapointed when the flavored one came with a thin shmear.

I’m really disappointed with my order. There’s no option on the app to add special notes, and the menu itself says “toasted” before you choose your spread. I just wanted a toasted bagel—nothing complicated. When I called the shop to explain, they didn’t seem to care at all. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they told me I should’ve selected an option that doesn’t even exist. It’s frustrating when something so simple is made this difficult, and even more frustrating when the staff isn’t willing to help.

I like the bagels here, they are not fluffy like other places, thinner. However, don’t ask for bagel toasted because they only heat it up, which drives me nuts. I have to tell to toast it twice sometimes I get it burnt I never have this issue anywhere else.

Terribly overpriced, every time I go there it’s a different price. Average price $20 dollars for breakfast. No meat or cheese. Staff is clueless about what to charge and jokes about not knowing what to charge you. Very unprofessional!
