The food was just average. Have eaten much better Mexican food at other places.
The service was bad. The server did not come to check on us but went to all other tables several times. Cannot believe they charge extra if one requests extra chips and salsa. The busboy was better than the servers. Cannot recommend this restaurant.

I have lived in California my entire life and I know good Mexican food. THIS is exceptional Mexican food, and you can taste the love that goes into making it! The staff and owners are wonderful and have always been very attentive. If you want to treat yourself to something great go to this wonderful family run business and order the Mole Enchiladas. Had the albóndigas soup and I will say very very tasty.
I as well had the carne asada plate with an enchilada. I enjoyed that all food was well seasoned not too salty nor under seasoned.
Customer service was very good. Kind and welcoming when you walk in.

Having been coming to the Folsom Location for quite a few years. authentic Mexican food and very friendly Service. Was beautiful weather to sit outside and enjoy. I ordered the cheese enchiladas combo. The three salsa options is nice with 3 spicy levels. The enchiladas were a bit oily this time, Could be from the cheese melting.

I am so very glad they are reopened but it is not without disappointment. First of all, the food tastes great but the enchiladas were plated lengthwise in their oblong platter so i had to turn the plate lengthwise to eat the enchiladas and im not sure if that is the reason the portions of rice and beans was small. They are so stingy with the salsa. It comes in a tiny dipping sauce container requiring you to ask for refills. The service was just ok. They were prompt in the beginning but then i had to seek out the to go container (second enchilada for hubby) and the bill. Lastly, I know price drives decisions and the current location may serve more people, it lacks charm. All that said, i will come back for the food and hope the bugs get worked out !

La Rosa Blanca Is such a welcoming place!. The employees are very friendly and understanding. I had gotten just chips, rice, and salsa because I wasn’t too hungry. But it was super tasty and well made. My mom and her friend said the tostada and tacos were amazing. I’d recommend if you want options, diet alternatives, and of course I’d you are hungry!. They also play really good music at La Rosa Blanca.
