I decided to dine in with family. I usually get take out. They were not very crowded. I was greeted by the cashier. I viewed the menu overhead and placed my order. They have multiple sub types and prices are listed for each length. I moved down to the end of the counter to pay. They have fresh lemonade they make for you or give you a cup for the soda machine. They have plenty of booths to sit and eat. They delivered my Philly Cheesesteak and handcut fries to the table. Looked great. Hot and delicious. The workers came by and asked how we were and if we needed anything. Good customer service. I appreciate that. Will definitely dine in again.

This location would probably be a four-star but they constantly closed early the hours are till 10:00 p.m. and at 9:45 the lights are out in the doors are locked on a regular basis. Last week I tried to come at 9:30 p.m. and they were closed at that time as well. This is for customer service especially if you drive across town and arrive at a closed restaurant. When I arrived at 9:30 p.m. I was told that they are take out only but they close at 10:00 p.m.

So yesterday on Thursday May 29th around 2pm I grabbed a total of 6 sandwiches, 3 fries and 2 drinks due to the $4.99 deal that was going until June 1st since I always cook I got and EX. sandwiches and I been wanting this since Memorial Day I went they were closed so I finally made it and when I ordered I always have to ask for EX. veggies and I wont blast them other Eastside locations LOL but anyway basic point is I will never have to ask for EX. at this location it was NICE and SWOLL. The food was absolutely amazing from what I had in awhile, Service was REAL and FRIENDLY!! I loved it so much I’m going again tonight so I don’t have to cook for a good ol movie date night. Also I don’t even write reviews like EVER I felt like that Team and Location should have been acknowledge.
