Ordered a full sized salad and only half the bowl was full. Normally other Paneras add more than here. The lettuce was lilted and soggy. Then to top things off my daughter found a hair in her broccoli cheddar soup….nasty!!! Don’t eat here!!!

Wasn’t familiar with the menu so specifically asked the young man at the counter for help with pricing because the menu said pick 2 and every time I would pick something, the price would be WAAAAY higher than presented. He was so not helpful, he had no idea how to explain anything to me and didn’t help me get the meal I was looking for at all. If he was new and didn’t know, that’s fine, I’ve worked in food service for 20 years. If you don’t know the answer, go get a coworker to help. Instead he just stood there and gave me a shrug when I kept asking why it was so much more money than what the menu had posted. My fiance got mac and cheese and it was thin like soup. The food was good other than that but the service was very poor.

Food was above average for panera and staff was friendly (even under stress of lunch rush). They managed to get food out in a timely manner, however it was easy to see they were rushing (seemed too understaffed for lunch rush), messed up both my order and my friend’s (did not modify as ordered, ex. No cheese, but got cheese).

I went to this Panera 20 minutes through the drive thru. I ordered a tomato basil blt, my mom ordered a turkey bacon bravo. We waited for about 10 minutes at the pick up window for someone to ring us out and give us our food. Once we got our food, I noticed that on my BLT some of the lettuce was rotten, the bacon was like cardboard, there only seems to be regular mayo on the sandwich (not garlic aoili) and the pickle that were given looks like it was run over a few times…the turkey bacon bravo had all the meat folded on it so only half of the sandwich had meat? We paid about $22 for them. The food is way too expensive for zero effort to be put in..I do have pictures for proof aswell but Google keeps refreshing the page and deleting my whole review when I try to upload them.

For a while now, I never knew whether restaurants are making smaller portion sizes or I just grew over the years. The more time goes by, I’m starting to realize it’s much more the latter than the former.
Panera has been struggling in the last year due to food quality, layoffs, and employee dissatisfaction. On the customer front, people are unhappy with the prices going up as well as the portions going down. What is the point of this? Have restaurant chains just lost their sense of what got them where they are today?
Pizza Hut, Boston Market, Starbucks, and more are wondering why their shares are dropping, revenues are declining, employees are leaving, etc. this is why, and I’m sure Panera is quick to follow if nothing is done about it.

Just want to start by saying we love Panera. The service was extra slow here. Stood at the register for close to 10 minutes. We were the only people in line. Turns out the girl had the other resister open but was fussing with the baked goods. How were we to know? She could have said “I’ll take your order over here when you’re ready.” We even had a “manager looking” guy walk right by us. Never bothered to see if we needed help. Finally figured that the cashier was not coming to us, we had to go to her. OK, honest mistake, I quess, but it is “customer service” right?. Order’s finally in. Agave Lemonade(my favorite )fountain was empty. Picked out a table. Maybe 2 or 3 other customers in the dining room. Not busy. Went into the men’s room to wash up before lunch. No paper towels. Had to go to the napkin dispenser to dry my hands. Food took a really long time to prepare. Got our order back to the table and noticed we had no silverware for soup or salad. Went to the utensil bins and the fork bin was empty. Flagged down the food prep guy and asked for a couple of forks. Food was great but the lazy service and poor up-keep makes me want to avoid this particular Panera in the future.

Stopped in for lunch as this was half way to home after business meeting. Ordered my half Mediterranean veggie sandwich w/o feta cheese and hot tomato soup with choice of Mango drink. Seating area is smaller here then other stores. You pickup your order when announcing your name you clean your plate leave in a bin after eating. Help your self to drinks/ coffee if ordered. Gender separated clean bathroom.. good parking area in a mall type setting.

Someone new must have been hired and I’m sure they know who they are, because this was the best Panera I’ve ever had. Food great, dishes clean, restaurant clean. This person knows who they are and they are doing an amazing job. It shows thank you Panera

Very nice cozy place , fast and nice service, the same products as in all other Panera’s ..For those who are regulars visitors of Panera Bread short info – NO kiosk ,No drive-thru ,No they don’t bring the food to you! No numbers or table trackers , you had to wait for your own food at the counter or you will be called by name .
Most of these places are already very modern , cold and noisy , more like fast food with a drive-thru ,which is not entirely bad for someone who does not like to leave the car .
Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this type of service in Panera
for some places this is a bad solution when the operating team cannot make it on time to handle both inside and outside customers and then the waiting for the meal will extend enormously. One thing I missed here was kiosks, which make it much easier to choose food and create your own menu, specialty if you have your favorite food already saved there,
I would definitely visit again this nice cozy place

NASTY NASTY!
I’ve never ever been served a salad this rotten in my life! I picked thru and absolutely none of it was any good. On top of that they gave me 2 spoons to eat it instead of a fork. If course by the time I noticed it was closed for the night! NASTY NASTY NASTY!
