Tonight me and my son went to the Dairy Queen in Robinson. I hadn’t been there in a while. I remembered every time I went before the wait time was long and I was fully expecting the service to take an extended time. However, I was pleasantly surprised, not only was the wait time short the staff were all very friendly and everyone seemed to be attended too. The place was clean and it over all changed my mind about that place. Good job to all the staff. I will deff be returning.

I got sick after eating here. I am terribly disappointed in the food quality of dairy queen in general. I am going to be avoiding this chain for a good long time. Hopefully they straighten up thier act.

Had a big order, took them about 8-10 minutes to get my order everything was hot fresh and well done !!! Staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, the counter and prepping food area was clean!! Definitely will return. Oh and they have great deserts!!!

Super long wait at the register before I got to place my order. Over 10 minutes. They seem to be way behind. Besides that, the food was ok and the dining area was mostly clean. I think they were having a rough day and normally have things running smoothly.

Friendly service. Pretty good timing for a DQ. But the chicken “strips” are an absolute rip-off (see pics). Basically chicken nuggets. And add fries no drink for $9! If they were actually chicken strips like the used to be, I wouldn’t be complaining.

Everything was great…except the girl at the counter. We got 2 drinks, when she handed them to me she used one hand and she had a finger in each cup. I didn’t say anything because we hadn’t gotten our food and I don’t want anything to happen to it.

We usually try to avoid this location because their cones are sad. Bobby made ours today and it was amazing. Just as good as the other locations.

Going to start this off by saying I have not always been a fan of this DQ since customer service is hit or miss. But recently I went and met Juan an employee who I believe has since moved up. He is the BEST THING to happen to this DQ. He is friendly, understanding and willing to listen to and fix any issue you have with the food/etc. He takes pride in his work. I have seen him on numerous occasions take his time to speak to customers and make sure that their needs were being met. Even kids. He is such an asset to this DQ. I think if they ever get rid of Juan I will finally quit going. This is the 1st time this DQ has actually been a great place to go with the family!
