Cons:service was not good. I had to go to the counter several times to get the attention of the server to get take away containers and then to get the bill which both times i waited way to long. Also no check in to see if we needed more water/drinks or if the meal was good. To be fair there was only one person working but also only one other table besides ours ♀️
They have Kerfus, fun to watch whenever it delivers our pho
Can’t wait for our next visit!
I ordered the main trifecta of crispy egg roll, salad rolls, and pho.
The crispy egg rolls were tiny and you can tell they weren’t made in the restaurant. Mass produced from a super market and poorly fried as the interior seemed uncooked.
The salad rolls weren’t good as the vermicelli inside was all broken up, as you dipped the roll, it would fall apart. This is a sign that the rolls were made previously and placed in the fridge. Tasted stale.
The pho was laden with problems. Super salty and the meat was like it was out through a blender. Beef was overcooked and gummy. Noodles were undercooked. No basil? Bowl was super small for $18.
I asked for tea and was given a cup with a tea bag and hot water in it. Never had that happen in an Asian restaurant before, quite a new experience.
I won’t be back to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you’ve never tried Vietnamese food before, don’t make this your first. If you’ve had it before you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
Whoever is giving them 4 or 5 Stars needs their head and taste buds examined.
Very pricy for substandard and poorly prepared food.
I haven’t posted a poor review in a very long time, very disappointed.
2. Food. Ordered their grilled food which was not even AT LEAST warm when it was served (told the lady about it and she rudely took the food away while saying it was fresh). She came back with the same food but now it was just microwaved/ reheated rice.
Also, tried to order PHO as that is what we came for since they are a PHO restaurant, but unfortunately was not available. We wouldn’t have ordered had the lady told us as we were sitting which item is unavailable but by this time we already ordered appetizers.
Paid $98 dollars for food we couldn’t even enjoy and finish. To be fair to this restaurant, we have visited a number of times and enjoyed the food but today is just very disappointing. We live on the other end of town and purposely went to this restaurant because it was good. Came home hungry and my kid is just eating his leftover lunch from school since their food was bad. Nothing worst than paying for bad food. I hope they do better for other customers.
