I called ahead of time 25 minutes for my order when I got there I still had to wait 20 minutes for the food which was not prepared properly and considering it’s just bacon egg and cheese there’s no reason for my eggs to be runny …
as you walk in there is no signage you’re not greeted by anyone…
you have no idea where the order taking is and the order pickup is…
the gentleman with the glasses behind the counter who I assume is the manager or the owner tries to downplay the fact that he’s running a chaotic show t
I stood quietly and waited for my food having no interaction until I left his is not a place I’d want to go back to for any reason whatsoever service is terrible why would they give me burnt bacon on top of everything else
So then the owner/ manager or whatever of the place wants to tell me that he’s sorry that I had this experience meanwhile you can go back at least 10 months and see all the negative reviews specifically about the same situation you’re not going to run away from what the truth is each time I wonder why nobody wants to work there

Ordered catering from Brendel’s 2 days in a row with delivery at 8 and 6:30 am. Both deliveries were exactly on time and packaged beautifully. Very happy and I’ll definitely work with Brendel’s again!

I had to drive back to get my order fixed and not even a simple sorry or anything. And then they told me “we won’t charge you”.
In what world would you charge the customer for your mistake.
The egg sandwich wasn’t anything special and the price seems way too high for the quality you’re getting.

I am leaving them five stars but in truth, they probably don’t deserve five stars not because anything was bad, but nothing was great. They do have a huge selection to choose from the food is pretty good. The decor is pretty good. You can make coffee at the coffee bar and prepare yourself, which is a thumbs up for me.
