We went to this location because somebody posted that they got the new big arch burger here and we wanted to try it. The place was packed with families and the drive-thru was busy. We were disappointed at the big arch burger because it lacked flavor, looks small, I miss the yellow cheese, and the bun is dry. We also ordered the bacon cheese burger which tastes better because of the bacon. We were not offered catsup and they don’t have the condiments out so I had to wait in the counter for someone to help me. A few of the workers saw me and another guest and they did nothing, they just passed by. I tried getting their attention but I was ignored. This store is focused on drive-thru and not the lobby. They even have a sign No Loitering 30 minute that was off putting.

Typically my reviews aren’t serious, but the level of customer service at this location is so poor that it’s hard not to say something. No one is available to check the registers, only one of which is open anyway. The man delivering for a delivery app next to me didn’t even have his order made and had to wait an extra 30 mins. Clearly, avoid taking orders from this location if you get them. It took a total of 15 minutes to even get an employee to talk to us, who seemed to be the “manager”, to which they proceeded to take our order in an “annoyed and bothered” manner. The staff does not care, barely puts effort in, and does not pay attention to customers who are in need. Plus, if you criticize them on here, all they’ll do is respond to you with a form to go complain somewhere else. If you have literally any other option in the area, to which there are MANY, go there instead if you need something quick. Do better.

We visited this McDonalds near LBI.
The food was good. Sometimes when you’re in an unknown area, gravitating to a McDonalds is a safe bet. I know the hash browns and sausage biscuits will most likely be good.
I’m always thankful when I see a McDonalds, when you’ve never heard of other restaurants that are popping up on the map on a road trip.

The restaurant is small compared to other locations. It is located on a major east-west road and very close to the Garden State Parkway. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. They are generous with french fry orders. There is a few places for handicapped seating.

Slow and dirty. Food and trash all over the floor, almost every table was filthy, and the bathrooms hadn’t been checked for over 5 hours. 2 stars for the food because by the time we finnaly got it the fries were actually hot.

Really disappointed walking in with my 9yr old to have Jordan and his buddies cursing away very loudly and tying up the counter. Especially since one of the visitors is an employee. Order for table service only to have my name shouted and made eye contact and dropped bag on the counter. No straw and I asked for one and had an employee point right to the same spot these 2 continued to tie up and drop F bombs, D bombs. I will give credit to the employee who saw my face and realized everything blocked he changed from pointing to “you know what I’ll grab it for you”
if you’re going to bag my table order then it’s not crazy to expect everything is in the bag. I know it’s not fine dining but hanging out and cursing so loudly that when you can hear it loud as day by the windows and rude, short exchanges should not be acceptable to management running any food stand.
