The only reason I’d give it a star at all is the ice cream, but even that came out slow. We came here around 8pm for some late dinner and the atmosphere was very dirty, the workers were standing around on their phones, and the bathrooms were disgusting, with no TP, the sinks were dirty and it was overall disturbing, even the drink counter was covered in spills and napkins. The food was extremely pricey for the amount they give you, do not come here if you’re hungry and want something cheap. The meal sizes are about the size of kids meals and it took forever to get our food. I would not recommend this place, and I usually love DQ so unless management changes and they have a major come back, I will not be returning. Enter at your own risk.

The drive thru always takes forever. And my blizzards are lack what I ordered… I got a cheesecake blizzard. It had FOUR pieces of cheesecake, that’s it… this is just unacceptable at this point.

Hands down one of the LEAST PROFESSIONAL experiences I have had with customer service in the region and frankly the country. Took forever to reach these people and then I got the run around for asking about a shake. Wasted my time! Please do better for the next customer. If you are thinking about coming here keep driving to Dallas!

I got to the store to pick up the mobile order and there is people being helped and after they were help, they saw me there, but they completely ignored me helping other customers at the drive-through. I waited at the mobile area for 1520 minutes before our guy finally helped some other guy with the ice cream. It was about to walk back to the back when I asked him. Hey I had a mobile order for riley he said I’m sorry we’re really busy. I’ll get back to you here in a little bit, so I finally went into the Drive-through so I can finally get help which took another 30 minutes. This is an unacceptable. You just don’t ignore customers. I am currently still waiting as I write this. Busy of not. You need to acknowledge people that has paid for your services already. Notice the photo of me being ignored as people. They saw me there.

I don’t normally write complaints, but I feel like I have to share how disappointed I was with my recent visit. All I wanted was some ice cream. That’s it. But after waiting over 25 minutes, it still wasn’t ready. At that point, I was just done. I shouldn’t have to wait nearly half an hour for something that should take five minutes, tops.

I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, and even that was a mess. The woman at the register didn’t know how to count change or process it properly, which just made the situation even more frustrating.

The way I was treated? Cold, dismissive, and honestly just unprofessional. The customer service was non-existent. It felt like no one cared that I had been waiting that long, or that I left empty-handed. And to be honest, it made me feel like my time and my business didn’t matter to anyone there.

I’m not saying this to be cruel—I’m saying it because someone needs to hear it. Management needs to do better. These employees clearly haven’t been trained properly, and it shows. Either retrain them or consider hiring people who actually want to be there. And if you want to attract better talent, pay them better. You can’t expect excellent service while offering the bare minimum.

I walked in excited for a treat. I left angry, disappointed, and completely let down. I won’t be coming back—and judging by how things went, I’m probably not the only one feeling this way.

Food quality was of average taste. What I noticed was that they had just opened but the bathrooms were already dirty! It looked like they mopped the pee by the urinals but just spread it all over the floor. I always check for cleanliness in the bathrooms and if they are under average cleanliness, that let’s me know management does not inspect employees performance. A clean batroom equals a clean kitchen and so is true of the opposite.

Made an order to go. You can tell the crew is very busy and working hard. A young man named Cody approached apologized about the wait (which was no problem) and he quickly put my order together and sent us on our way. Very polite and respectful! Good job Dairy Queen crew keep working hard

this place is awful. the service was TERRIBLE and the employees are rude. waited at the drive through for 10 minutes with no one even talking to me, pulled up to the window and still no one came to the window. eventually just went inside and they were very rude. would not come here again
