I placed my order on 9-29+2025 through Uber Eats. I only cheese sticks or cheese bread and a 6 CT Garlic Parmesan wings no sweat. When my Uber Eats driver arrived I asked him is this mine. The people in the store should have handled him the correct order you would think. I got a lot of food instead of what I actually wanted. The order was 2 deluxe pizzas and a salad and a cinnamon dessert.

I ordered boneless wings with a ranch cup and they gave me bone in wings along with 2 large pizzas, one specialty and the other pepperoni. The pizzas were great, cooked good, a very generous amount of toppings, and a good sauce to cheese ratio. The crust is really good as well, I rarely eat the crust but I ate this crust for sure! The wings I ordered well done and they came out with a smokey flavor. The people inside were all nice and attentive, the parking lot is a part of a strip mall and it can get tight when it’s full, but I ordered online and was in and out with no problem parking in the front. I’m not sure when they close but the open sign was off outside, but they’re definitely open.

So I would like to think that I’m pretty patient and tolerant about a business being busy but to wait an hr for my food or ONE item missing from my meal, while ppl are walking in and out with theirs is very aggravating. I appreciate the young brother up front who kept asking for it. And trying to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about but to hear him express worry about my patronage of not coming back and to hear the older lady with short hair exclaim she don’t care is absolutely unacceptable especially when it is your fault for the unnecessarily long wait. Hope this puts in perspective y’all value to the ppl you help keep employed with your business. Won’t be ordering from them for a very long time. Thank you

This location of Marcos pizza is the best. I’m very happy and excited on everytime I ordered pizza from them. The team members are very professional, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Everytime I ordered pizza, I received on time, as described, and very delicious. The store very clean as well as the kitchen inside are always very clean and very organized. This is best pizza place. While I’m happy to see a location employing so many young black people, a conversation needs to be had with the entire staff by management on professionalism and food safety. When I walked in to get my pizza today the young lady was standing over the food with her shirt up, belly showing, rubbing it, pants (well loose biker shorts) falling.
The food is okay I guess but the conditions under which it is being made, adherence to health code, and appearance of the workforce make this an undesirable place to order food from. Meh. This will likely be my last time ordering from here cuz I’m simply disgusted after that.

UPDATE!! I decided to order calzones from this location because not all Marcos offer them. I got someone to pick it up for me because i was working. They put banana peppers instead of chicken. They acknowledged the mistake and said i could get it in that moment but since i was working i was told that i could retrieve it on another date. When i tried to redeem my credit i was told the manager blocked it saying i was a “problem customer” and mentioned a time when i “called the day after” this particular incident i was working a night shift and ordered my kids and niece a CHEESE pizza and they delivered an extra pineapple extra pepperoni pizza!! We don’t eat pork!!!!! When i called back about the mixup they didn’t answer the phone bc it was close to closing time. I had to freaking order Papa John’s via doordash. Instead of trying to be better and right a situation I’m supposed to CONTINUOUSLY accept what they’re willing to give me even if it isn’t what i asked for. It’s disgusting behavior and most definitely not how i would want to run a business. Won’t be patronizing this location any longer. Not worth the headache and unprofessionalism. P.S(Halal pizza and wings has turkey pepperoni and its AMAZING for those who might be interested. )

I’ve spent so much money on Marcos and the service and how they always forget to put my crust toppers annoys th heck out of me. I ordered it for the first time in months because of the last incident and what do you know…dry crust no toppers

I know it seems small but if you hate your pizza cut in squares avoid this location. Every time I order my thin crust pizza original cut (not square) they cut my pizza into squares. I’m finding a new pizza location in the area that can get an order correct for once

My pizza was 40 minutes late… Everything was lukewarm and the pizza box was dripping wet with condensation. I couldn’t track my order because they passed it off to Door Dash and who knows where all my food went before me. Cinnasquares were chewy and hard, pizza bowl cheeseless and like soup. The 2 stars is simply for the pizza. If it were at least warm, if would have been good. I wasted $50!
