I usually enjoy my visits to US Wings and Deli, especially because there’s one African-American employee who consistently provides great customer service and makes sure my order is just right. She always brings a positive energy that makes the experience enjoyable. However, on my most recent visit, she wasn’t working and a new employee was on duty. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the same. I ordered something simple, but it took much longer than expected—and to make matters worse, the food wasn’t fully cooked.

I called at 8:40 pm , three times . First time, the cashier answered and asked what could she get me , then proceeded to hang up in my face. Walked into the store @ 843pm & she stated “we’re closed” while there were customers in the store . I asked her “is that why you hung up in my face” she proceeded to have a dumbfound look while saying “huh” after asking 3 times .
