The wait was much, much longer than indicated. When I arrived at the store a line was already forming. One woman said she had been waiting close to an hour. When we finally got the pizza home, not only was the order incorrect, but the entire center crust was missing – there was no crust – it had been covered over instead with toppings. We had a pizza donut made to look like a whole large supreme. Will not go back.

Ordered from here multiple times. Delivery estimates very unreliable. Food very unreliable. Have gotten the wrong orders on several occasions. Once wait 3 hours for a delivery order and when I called the store the person who answered the phone said the delivery driver left with all the orders????????? When we ordered it tonight the pizza we got had 2 inch wide crust and was very flat (ordered the original crust). Our Buffalo boneless wings had barely any sauce.
All in all I think this was the last time I get papa John’s in Smithville. Maybe the whole chain.

This has to be the worst 2 pizzas I’ve ever gotten. Something was wrong with the crust and I can’t figure out what it was. I got 2 thin crust with alfredo sauce, and they were just bad. No taste, and the sauce and toppings just slid off. I will never waste my money again. $50 literally in the trash.

Edit: 9/5/22 Store is now open and runs very slow. Ordered a pizza today and the website said 45-55 minutes. No problem. Get a text my pizza is ready so I go to pick it up. Four people in like trying to pay ahead of me and it takes 20 minutes for the cashier to take care of them. An hour and twenty minutes later it’s finally my turn and she tells me she doesn’t know where my pizza is and it will be a while before I get one made. Avoid this location.

Ordered 2 carry out pizzas and 2 sides. The app said the order was ready, so we went to the store but we stood in the hot lobby for over half an hour waiting because it wasnt actually done. When we were told the last pizza was being cut, it still took a long time before we got our food. People who got there way after us came, paid, And left even after our food was ready, they just wouldn’t hand it to us. Maybe it’ll get better once it’s been open longer, but it was a ridiculous wait and poor service today.

Upon seeing the pizza, it was cold and the order was wrong. One was supposed to be cheese, but it had ham and pepperoni. One was supposed to be ham and pepperoni and olives, but it was ham and pepperoni. Bad food, bad service.

Opening night was a disaster. Waited over 2 hours. Told twice my order was being made and coming out in 15 minutes. Never got pizza that night. Decided to order again tonight. It was great. 2 pizzas and a papadia. Excellent food and the lady at checkout was friendly.

Awesome service every time! I, too, ordered the first day they opened. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, however that’s expected. I order (at least) once a week, and the process is smooth, and my order has been correct every time. Shout out to Richard, the DCHS Football Team is going to love you on Thursday! Never do I ever leave bad reviews, but today has been the worst experience with Papa John’s ever. I called for assistance with my order since it was incorrect, our pizza wasn’t right, we didn’t get our extra sides, and the pizza was not cut. When I called for a new pizza and told them I just wanted to exchange it for what I ordered, I heard the new “manager” and an employee arguing in the back ground and revived no help. He laughed when we got off the phone. I’m so disappointed in our Papa John’s.
