Been going here for 7+ years and consistency has become the issue. Food is usually good but did get a very overcooked burger which lead to not returning for quite a while. Most recently, they were out of fries and coleslaw and we were told they don’t make meat for the nachos except for Tuesdays although it is an option on the menu they gave us to order from. Being in business for some time, I would think they would be able to adjust what they order so they don’t run out of staple menu items.

Delicious food! Great service! I had my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here in their private room. Service was quick and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! Super easy to book and work with. I will definitely be coming back here for more meals in the future!

Best place to go for your Lenten Fish Fry. The Fish Sandwich is just gigantic.
I got the Fish and Chips Basket which was awesome.
The only bad experience here was the Seafood Chowder which unfortunately was split, seemed to me that it was reheated in the microwave.

Absolutely disgusting smell of sewers waiting in the lobby. Like a public bathroom that never gets cleaned. Half the chicken was inedible, grey and hard. Overcooked or old? Portions are smaller but still great. Cooks must have strong hands cutting through these rocks they served us. Won’t be back, too bad use to be our favorite salad place

Thought we’d try The Rose as it’s a local restaurant and they usually have great food and service. Take-out is limited on Fridays during lent which is ok but….6 people at the bar and 3 tables…I asked if I could order the CodFather and how long the wait might be for take-out. Got there at 5 and they told me 8pm for next takeout of fish or I could sit at bar and box it myself when it’s ready, along with the chicken Romano I was also ordering plus the stuffed zucchini. If I’m going to drop $75 with tip on a take out dinner, I’d like to have someone pack it up. Anyway, rant over, business lost as we won’t be back.

The food is usually excellent and always the same. I order the same thing every time. Tonight was told 20 minutes waiting near 40 and that would’ve been fine until I got 2 orders of the chicken Romano and basically had one order split with extra noodles. Pretty unsatisfied with this and it was pretty empty with not much business…
