We have been long time customers for this location but lately they have gone hill with their delivery. This is the second time I have had an issue with super late delivery. This time it didn’t even show up?! I was given an eta of 30min online. And here we are 2 hours later my husband had to get it on his way home from work. God only knows how long the pizza was sitting there. What did I pay 20% tip and delivery fee for ??

Attached is the cold pizza he had to pick up. And the garlic bread that is just dry bread with no sauce on it? Like what?? lol. And our missing garlic sauce cups. Good lord no way this place will last under this management.

Best pizza in Clermont, tasty, amazing! However, I believe the service can be better. For example, the updates on my order under the app – sometimes, maybe by the volume of orders, the guys forget to update the status and when I pick up the order, it was served a few minutes ago and is getting colder. It is not always, but I got it a couple of times. More than that, a delicious meal.

Just left this restaurant at 3:00 on 2/15/26. As I pulled in one worker kid was standing outside smoking and on the phone. I waited inside for 5 minutes to be acknowledged but the only other worker was standing in the back also on the phone. The place inside (floor and counter) was a nasty mess of food. Finally the one kid comes inside and asks my name then hands me my pizza. I stand there grossed out and then watch as he started pulling dough out of the fridge. So my pizza was also made by unwashed smoking hands. I came home and put my pizza right in the trash. I’ll also be following up with corporate when they respond to the voicemail I left them. You would think the owner would read these reviews and hire some better employees to run their restaurant.

It is with great disappointment that I have to write this review. Marco’s Pizza used to be my family’s favorite, thanks in large part to the excellent management and consistent service provided by the former General Manager,
. The staff was always friendly, orders were accurate, and the pizzas were made with care.

Since the old GM’s departure, however, the quality of this location has dropped off a cliff. It’s truly concerning.

Specific Issues:

Wait Times: What used to be a reliable 10-minute pickup is now an unpredictable 45-60 minute wait, even with an order placed ahead of time. I’ve had to wait well past the quoted ready time on multiple occasions.

Order Accuracy: My last three orders have had significant errors: missing toppings, a wrong crust type, and on one occasion, the pizza was barely warm. It seems like the attention to detail is completely gone.

Customer Service: The new team seems overwhelmed, and the level of courtesy and professionalism has noticeably declined. There’s a palpable sense of chaos and low morale, which unfortunately translates into a poor customer experience. When I tried to politely inquire about a delayed order, the staff member was dismissive and didn’t offer an apology or an explanation.

This used to be a well-oiled machine, and now it feels completely unmanaged. I believe the departure of the former GM has severely impacted the internal operations and staff training. I sincerely hope that corporate or the new management will step in to address these issues immediately, as I will sadly have to take my business elsewhere until the service returns to its former standard. This is not the Marco’s Pizza I know and love

Thin young guy who checked me out we great! I always order pizza with extra sauce as I hate dry crust. Last order I didn’t get what I ordered (dry), this order had almost no sauce and where the heck was the cheese? Strike 2, and not coming back. I can get better pizza at Publix out of the freezer. Not sure what happened, but this location has lost it’s mojo. Fool me once….

Sometimes we get a craving for the Pepperoni Magnifico – I’m not normally the biggest fan of pepperoni but this is as good as it gets. Always loaded with meat, and a nice buttery crust. They usually have a coupon on the website for $10-$12 and it’s definitely enough food for 2 people to have a good dinner. Worth driving past the other chains, always ready on time for pick up – thanks Marco’s!

Used to LOVE this location and never had an issue till this past Thursday when the line was out the door and around the corner. Took more than 90 minutes to get our pick up order pizza. Never had an issue before and now afraid to return… I hope they address this!

EDIT: contacted them and they never responded.

This Marcos is always crazy fast and super good. Anytime an order has been wrong, they make sure to make it right ASAP… And out of the dozens of times we have ordered, it was wrong maybe twice.

Great food, use your coupons, and enjoy a piping hot pizza, pizza bowls or anything you get!

My wife went to Marco’s Pizza today with our two kids, ages two and six. As you’d expect, the two-year-old had a meltdown. She did her best to manage it, but anyone who has raised children knows that sometimes there’s only so much you can do. Instead of showing understanding, one of the employees came over and told her to “keep it down.”

That felt completely uncalled for. What exactly are parents supposed to do—tape a toddler’s mouth shut? They weren’t there for hours, just a quick meal, yet my wife felt so uncomfortable after that comment that she left.

If you have young kids, I wouldn’t recommend eating here. They clearly don’t want to accommodate families and showed no empathy for a very normal situation. I’ve been a customer for a long time, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

When we asked to speak with management about it, we were told the GM had just been fired, the previous store manager was fired two weeks ago, and even the current store manager would “probably be fired soon.” That came straight from an employee. It’s clear the management of this location is unstable and it shows in the way customers are treated.

Edit: I reached out to corporate and they did respond within a few days.
