This facility is serving rancid chicken!
My husband brought home chicken chalupas that were in a Taco Bell bag that looked like someone had 3 thrown the tacos in it. There was lettuce and toppings in the bag. We thought nothing of that because the Chalupas were still rapped in paper, the crunchy beef taco was fine, but as soon as I opened the chalupa package and bit down, there was a horrible taste of spoiled chicken and I immediately spit it out! This is FOOD poisoning! We had gone to this location just the other day and had no issues, that is why we returned. I called the store , spoke to a child who claimed to be a manager, he did not give his name when asked, then hung up after telling him of this issue.

We often drive by our areas two other Taco Bell locations to get to this one. It’s VERY well run. It’s clean and it seems to be appropriately staffed most of the time. The employees are kind, the food is prepared as its supposed to be, not burnt or under-done and if you ask for something (like no lettuce) they get the order RIGHT!

We stopped for a quick lunch and I can definitely say the crew on this shift are great. I got a mexican pizza with chicken and jalapeno sauce added. It was made perfectly and the ingredients were spread evenly. We heard the manager praising the crew and they definitely earned it. Thanks guys!

Hush puppies and fries were all hard as rocks!!! Came inside to order. Girl was really nice. Watched 8 cars get served at the drive thru while I stranded there and waited on what was obviously not fresh food. You could at least try….

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and it is unfortunately my most local location. I have been here at least 50 times in the past 10 years and it is very rare for them to get an order right. Tonight, they gave me the wrong order at the drive thru and after going in to get the correct order, I had to go back in to get all of my food. And the value of the food we get for the cost has disappeared.

I always receive my order wrong. This is the worst tacobell I’ve ever been to. I ordered a party pack with no lettuce on ALL tacos. I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito. Every single taco had lettuce on it. The grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on the top of the burrito. I called in and the man that answered was apologetic and explained that they had been short staffed and had new employees which he stated was not an excuse. He offered to remake the entire order if we brought the receipt in. We had taken our receipt in knowing his name and provided it to the staff. We were then questioned and told they had to contact the general manager first. When asked for contact information for the general manager our request was denied. Instead the manager on duty said I could speak to them. Ive spoken to the “manager on duty” multiple times. For the past year they have never gotten our order correct. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Worst taco bell ever. Don’t make sick employees work and handle food all day. Also the manager, Theresa, is the worst manager in that place. Night crew is a mess and doesn’t care about their jobs. Is it too much to ask for you to show a little professionalism while at work? No, I dont think so. Get a better crew.

You literally have to ask for the most common sense things here. I forgot common sense isn’t common. If I order multiple lux boxes why are you handing them to me one by one and not in bags. Why and I not getting a cup holder for multiple drinks.

I don’t order from here very often, but the times I did they always forgot an item. Chips and cheese, cinnamon twists usually a small add on item. It has happened at least 3 times. I don’t usually go back because I discover it when I get home. ( my fault for not checking before driving away) i will not be back. Frustrating that they simple just need to check the order before handing it off. Dont recommend this location.

Ordered online from there, the order was messed up, missing drinks and some food. The drive thru workers were very rude and seemed completely lost on what to do. Plus, it has become very expensive, you are better off getting food from an authentic restaurant for the price you will be paying.
