Staying here for work, and grabbed breakfast to go from the Caffe. Ordered the #6, 2 pancakes with bananas, pineapple, and coconut. Though delicious, they use canned pineapple which was a surprise, and only gave me 1 small container of syrup. My fault for not opening it up and checking before leaving or else I would have asked for extra syrup. Will definitely be back. The staff are all friendly, super nice and VERY efficient and it’s very clean which is a HUGE plus.

Here you order at the counter and then go sit down. Eventually a server walks around yelling your name to bring you your food. That could definitely be handled better. The outdoor seating is very nice. We had the eggs breakfast, which was mediocre at best, and the waffles with bananas and macadamia nuts (delicious). It costs extra for the bananas and macadamia nuts, but without them the waffle would have been blah. Not bad breakfast, but not a great one either.

would rate 6 stars if could. literal gas. went back twice, might go back again for the 3rd time. it is not a discussion of wether to order the cinnamon roll. like genuinely what are u doing if u don’t get it. try to get one with this sweet cream on top. if u are in waliea u need to come here. without a doubt. service is amazing and kind.

Breakfast at Kihei Caffe is the perfect laid-back Maui start. The food tastes fresh and made-to-order. Usually a short line for b’fast where you order food which is delivered at your table. A highly recommended place.

Highly recommend. First photo is pancakes with bananas and macadamia nuts, next is pork fried rice, chorizo and egg, kids whale pancake, and kids turtle pancake. All tasted great!

For breakfast on my last day in the Maui Paradise, a family member recommended to come here. What a beautiful cafe with the sea breezes keeping you cool and the endless choices on the menu. I finally decided on pancakes as a memorable meal. Thank you to the staff, who were polite and courteous.

I love the style of order/sit/manage yourself and needs but 2 huge issues here. 1) Don’t ask for a 25% tip when I am doing all my own work. 2) Get number table stands for orders instead of people yelling common first names and screwing up less common names. I feel like im at a school cafeteria. The lock moco was good (hard to screw that up and I make it at home) but the Mahi fish was way overcooked and extremely salty to mask the old fish taste.

It is a fabulous place to stop for breakfast/lunch. I see now they also have lunch menu. I would recommend picking up a menu and deciding what you want before getting in line. ( Menus are outside on a table) The line moves quickly. You place your order, pick up your drinks, and they bring your food to the table. The corned beef Hash is a must try; as well as the pancakes with pineapple and coconut. The staff is friendly and it’s located a short walk from Kam 1 beach.
