On Wednesday, January 21st, at 12pm., I visited a drive-thru where the male attendant seemed extremely rushed for some reason. I could tell he wasn’t really listening because when I ordered a 10-piece nugget, he asked what size even before I finished saying “nugget.” When I ordered a #1 value meal, I was trying to tell him no tomatoes, and he asked what drink I wanted. Not once did he let me finish what I was saying. When I ordered a baked potato, it felt like he thought because I was telling him what I wanted on it instead of using the menu names, he felt he had to educate me. Overall, even though the customer isn’t always right, most of us just want to get something quick and get back to our day. And we are the customers! Try running your business without us. Ordering low-quality meals from Wendy’s shouldn’t be stressful at all. I don’t want to hear how hard it is to find good people, because Chick-fil-A finds them. Raise your standards and your team’s standards.

I have to say today it was a good experience most people seem to always bash on this location. Its not always so bad I feel like peoples expectations blinds them from seeing effort. Tonight the beautiful lady took my order she was kind and very helpful I wish I got her name. To thank her personally in this review but thank you kind lady for being so attentive. Even when I was wrong she was trying to help me out regardless. And it’s no fancy dine in don’t expect special treatment and if you don’t check your food beforehand that’s on you.

Went to Wendy’s in Benton last night at 11:25pm had checked website to see how late they were open before we left for there and it shows it closes at 12 midnight when we drove up to drive thru lights on menu and in restaurant yet we sat there for 15 mins wondering if anyone was there to help us place our order. We did not see anyone or get anyone to help us so I drove up to window and honked thinking that the people inside just didn’t realize we were there but still no one in site. This will be the 3rd time I’ve tried to get a bite to eat there before they closed and all 3 times we were ignored. Well guess I’m just a “dime a dozen” and Wendy’s could afford to lose a paying customer. Thanks but no thanks

I went through the drive through. The person handing me my order didn’t even speak to me. I had to ask if I had all my food. Food for seven people was cranked into two bags. I had to ask for the rest of my drinks. I got home, and I was missing fries. The fries I did receive were all less than half full. I took a picture of my “large baconator fries”.
I tried to call to give them a chance to make it right. The phone rang for roughly two minutes, then they picked up and hung up.
Added later: If I could remove a star from my one star review, I would. We gave them another chance, and they blew it. I ordered two meals, and four baconator fries. We were missing the fries from our meal, and they had us pull forward. By the time our fries came out, the other food was completely cold. Per the tube in my receipt, it was 21 minutes from the time I paid until the time we finally got our fries.

As I’m typing I’m chewing on a cool leathery fry and eating a cold stale burger. It has cheese to which I did not want. I should’ve known when my bag was ready as I pulled up. Per the other reviews, there’s no point in calling to talk to a manager.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger got it got home and there’s no cheese no seasonings a sprince of mayo and ketchup and a soggy bun wish I could give a half star that’s what they deserve. Then come to find out when I send my wife in for my refund because I didn’t want to cuss the staff out they tell her “there’s cheese on it” and gave me a partial not even a whole refund there’s a special place in hell for people like these people

Incredibly long wait, over ten minutes. Absolutely disgusting food, chicken sandwich was cold, rubbery and undercooked. Fries cold and lots of mistakes with the order. Total garbage. Won’t be back. They should be closed down

One member of staff was genuinely so kind and friendly, the manager on staff plus the rest of the crew were rude and disrespectful. Very much being rude for having to do his job. The floors and tables were filthy as well as the bathroom.

Terrible place. They love to hide out and try to avoid serving people. If you do catch them somehow, they love claiming they don’t have stuff they actually do. It’s ridiculous. And they’re rude! I get it, the job sucks, but if you aren’t actually going to do it, then get out.

It can be 1 mistake that takes the cake and I am so disappointed. I ordered through the app, wanted a baked potato so bad and they gave me the oldest one they had. It was literally orange inside of it. Just disgusted me completely. Why not just follow the rules and throw food away that’s expired or well past the expiration time!
