Where do I start…
Well, they charged extra for pepper relish, but when I got home my sub did not have them.
It had random Italian seasonings on top, but it was very flavorless.
The prices went up $2 per sub since my last visit.
And my $20 Groupon shows on the receipt only $18.80 was taken off…
31 cent credit card surcharge when I would have paid cash if I knew.
Took 10 minutes longer than expected.
Watched the guy wrapping my sub up unwrap it, play with the lettuce with no gloves and wrap it back up.
All in all it went downhill since I bought the Groupons 2 months ago, and the not so transparent pricing raises a lot of concerns.

Got a cheese steak sub with hots. The hots was just peppers not hots. The hole thing was dry. We don’t live close by there. We thought we would try it We was driving buy there. There are better places to eat on are way home. And cheaper $.

A great place to connect with friends and share good food. I especially like the Buffalo Chicken Salad with Bleu Cheese dressing. Their assortment of stuffed crust pizza is One of a Kind! I like the Cheesesteak pizza slice. So, filling.

I’ve been ordering from Parma for years, but this last experience was the final straw. I ordered a delivery and waited over an hour, only for them to bring the wrong pizza. When I called to get a refund, they told me the delivery driver had to come back and pick up the pizza first. Honestly, what kind of policy is that? What are they going to do with a pizza that’s already been in a stranger’s home? Sell it again? Who knows. Either way, I didn’t want an extra pizza — I just wanted what I paid for. The food itself has always been good, so no complaints there. But the service has gone downhill. Every time I go in, the attitude is nasty, and this refund situation was just ridiculous. After years of being a loyal customer, this was enough for me. Thanks Parma, but this is the last time I’ll be ordering from you.

Usually the family favorite pizza place in town and we’ve been patrons regularly this year, but the order from 12/04 was awful. The sauce was different, the dough was different and had a slightly minty taste at the crust (and it was a cheesesteak pizza)- the quality was way down from the beginning of the year. The pizza was also noticeably cold when it was delivered. When dinner for the family is $60 and tastes like cheap/old crap maybe it’s just time to find a new favorite place. Hard not to be grossed out at the random mint flavor, ick!!

Great , true american / italian feeling. Pizza tasted awesome. Friendly and welcoming staff gives family business vibes. Pizza doesn’t make you feel bloated or heavy. It’s perfect amount of fat and cheese . Would def recommend .

3 months ago, I wrote this review and highly rated Dallastown’s Parma…
This is the first time I’ve visited this location. The service was on point. The young lady was pleasant and patient, and she even served our food with a smile. I had the Pepperoni & Philly Steak Pizza, it was a nice size piece and it taste pretty good. Hubby, had a Philly Steak Sub w/French Fries, and Coke special. The sub was well loaded with meat and cheese, and extra Mayo… like he likes it. I’ll try the Sub next time with a few added toppings.
I was a little disappointed that they didn’t serve Parmesan Wings… I’ve had them a few times at the York location many years back, and was looking forward to tasting them again. I’m hoping that the York location still has them on their menu, because I’ll be stopping by sometime in the near future. God willing.

Thanks to the staff for a great time out with our daughter and gbabies.

But after visiting in January, it saddens me that I have to edit and update my review.
Hubby and I decided to take my mom out for lunch and wanted her to have an awesome experience enjoying a Steak Sub, one like Hubby had ordered 3 months prior, and that I too was looking forward to trying.
But, we we all sadly mistaken. It was no where near the experience we had. 3 Steak Subs and they were only half full. We had ordered 2 with peppers and onions, but you could barely make them out even in the little amount of meat that was in there.
Mom, enquired about the peppers, because you couldn’t see any in her’s and was told, “They are cooked into the meat”, but again you could not make them out.
What happened to the full sandwich that I had seen Hubby enjoy just 3 months earlier? I was reminded of the old Wendy’s commercial where the lady asked, “Where’s the Beef?”… And it cost $10 for the special, and what a special it was.

Needless to say, we were taken back a few squares with such disappointment, because we all were still hungry when we left, and had to stop and grab more food. This will be our last visit to this Parma’s.
The added photo, is of my sandwich.

Honestly, charging $3 for each topping on a personal pizza is bonkers. I get charged 75 cents extra for each at other local ones near you. I wanted to try this place since it’s closer to me now but just not worth it. Other then that, the food wasn’t bad. One of workers (girl) that worked in there was extremely rude for no reason.

Ordered boneless honey mustard wings and they’re so burnt we can’t bite them. Next up $37.99 for 24 bone-in wings that are raw. And since my husband is color blind he ate 8 of them before I bit into one and noticed it.

Dont call 20 mom’s before close inquiring about if they can still make a cheese steak. All i did was ask and heard a man screaming in the background that the grill was closed. Had he not been yelling i would have simply drove the 3 mins and gotten a few slices of pizza that have been sitting out in the case.
