I just went to the concord parkway N location and the Chick-fil-A cow came out and personally gave me a free Ice cream it was such an adorable interaction. Awesome after a long day at work. Always delicious and fast! Customer service is top priority to them and it’s more-than-obvious. Love their fresh salads! I’m also a tad bit obsessed with Chick-fil-A sauce. I’m so happy they started selling big bottles. The Concord location is busy and for a good reason. They are excellent.
