Only giving 2 stars because of the attitude the young girl in the front gave me after I drove all the way back to the restaurant from my home because an item was missing from my order and I was left on hold twice and hung up on before I was helped but by then I was already at the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone was nice but when i informed the girl in the front I was here for my missing item I was met with a dumb look then she didn’t say anything to me and turned to her Co worker then I explained for the third time why I was there before going home and enjoying my $18 luke warm plate of food !(:

The food was good but I can’t say the same about their customer service.
The person taking orders was noticeable, not happy about his job, he bearly responded my cuestions making gestures. I observed him while waiting for my order, and he wasn’t giving anyone a smile or else. He was mad to be there, and defenetly he is not the best employee to have at the front counter dealing with your customers.

Compared to other Ono restaurants I’ve been to, this one is disappointing. The lady who attended us was rude and they skimped out on the island fire chicken. At the same time, it was a good thing they did since I would have been eating burnt meat. The only worthwhile thing was the macaroni salad, but I’m not surprised since they didn’t have to make it.

This was gross. It’s like they just reheated old chicken and beef it’s the worst Hawaiian Bbq I’ve ever had. The bbq chicken was so dry the beef was also dry and salty and the breaded chicken was soggy. So disappointing
