I ordered pizza on the way home from work , my first thought was to go to Marcos but since I had to stop near Dominos I placed my order ahead over the phone .I went to pick my order up in the store myself and should have looked at it before leaving ( very big mistake ) . When i made it home to eat , I have pieceaaaa instead of pizza ! Pieces of bread with a bunch of marinara sauce , on one of them , the square cut …about 10 pepperonis on the whole pizza , 6 or 7 cut black olives and little to no green peppers at all not to mention no cheese in site anywhere !! On the other one regular cut slices I have about 3 slices with nothing but marinara sauce and cheese that’s it , no pepperonis …. Maybe 2 pepperonis on each of the other slices . This is just ridiculous . And when I called to the store to speak with someone , the young lady who identified herself as the manager Angel , she had me to send her a pic to her phone & she was nice about it and said she would credit my account for 1 pizza. If I didn’t live so far away I would have taken it back to the store !! Like $33 just down the drain . They need to do better ! Honestly I don’t even want the free pizza she said she was putting on my account cause I don’t want the horrible experience all over again !

Shoutout to Sheila for absolutely holding it down during her solo shift at Domino’s. Despite working by herself, she managed everything with professionalism and efficiency. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition—give that woman a raise! And on top of it all, the pizza was great. Outstanding service all around.

I believe I ordered from here 1 time prior to this most recent time. This most recent time, I ordered delivery. I initially thought I ordered the correct pizza because it showed correct on my end. However, ultimately I ended up ordering the wrong pizza (online) after talking with Nathan (acting manager) at the point. I let him know about the pizza & that it was super cold and indented. (Like the delivery driver had something sitting on top of it). Anyways, I talked with Nathan and he told me to bring the pizza back up & he would talk to me about it. So, I did. I handed the pizza to him when I arrived & began explaining about the pizza. He snatched the pizza out of my hand and interrupted me asking what pizza was I wanting. I explained to him. & he threw the pizza I handed him away and walked away. He was super busy so maybe that’s what it was. So, I get it. It just felt rude.. just wasn’t great. & felt like poor customer service. I’m glad he was willing to make another pizza because I did order the wrong pizza online.

Ordered a pizza from this locally owned location. Got home granted a slice and took a bit. Went to grab a plate so I can grab another slice and noticed an additional ingredient on a half cheese pizza. I figured it got in to the cheese by accident. NOPE, it was a roach. I reached out to the store and the 800 dominoes number and still haven’t received any feedback from the owner. Well, let’s see if they respond to this. I’m pointing to the spot where I pull the roach out of.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Jan 4th. It took 3 hours to be delivered and all along it was promised it was “on the what”. So of course the 2 pizzas were no good when they arrived and I was told I shouldn’t cancel because it was “in route” The deliver driver had several deliveries. They were short staffed and I get it. So they offered a free pizza for the trouble. Of course I call today and they don’t have anything documented so I was treated like “Jon Smith” asking for something free. The manager refused to come to the phone. After I was upset, I kept asking for TOMMIE the manager but they refused to assist because they were short staffed. At the end of a long day your just wanting to feed your kids and redeem your credit due when it should count. I’m not really sure why this store is even open if they can’t get pizzas to anyone on time. I was hung up on 3 times and when I asked why other callers were more important, you know what they said… “Did you want to pay full price?” Just don’t even bother upsetting yourself. This is a cheap lesson but I feel so taken advantage of. The reviews below are just like this one.

Having worked in management in the food industry, I can clearly see there are staffing issues that need to be addressed. Domino’s should review this location’s management practices because they are severely understaffed. The team members are overworked, stressed, and stretched thin.
With that being said, the staff who were working were extremely polite and professional given the circumstances — and the pizza was on point!

This Dominos is constantly messing up orders. After they messed up an order of mine I called in & talked to a manager named Tommy who stated he would remake my order the next time I came. I went there a week later to have my order remade. Tommy told me he didn’t remember me and refused to honor what he told me. When I asked if the calls were recorded so he could see what was said over the phone call he told me he did not I asked to speak to his manager he began yelling at me & waving his arms in my face & told me to just call Dominos. When I called there was no answer, when I left reviews on the website there was no reply. This was the one of the craziest experiences I’ve ever had. I would stay away from this store.
