I have tried their meatball sub and cold italian sub. They were each very tasty. They came with an ample amount of meat and vegetables. Their bread is firm but not hard and it has taste. Regular cheese is a reasonable quantity; I do not feel the need to order extra. They have a large variety of dressings. I usually order extra dressing and get it. Yum! The subs come in three sizes where a single is enough for a meal for me; but, some could eat a medium.

This is by far the best firehouse subs location! I am obsessed with the French dip season and weep when it’s over in March. I would recommend the French dip, fries with dip, the salad, chicken noodle soup, potato soup. I have purchased all many times and have always been happy and satisfied after each visit. Friendly staff will provide you with all your foodie desires!

I made an online order on 10/28/25 for my lunch. I ordered a sandwich and a full salad. They in turn gave me a side salad. I immediately called when I go to work. I was advised that they took my name down and when I return they’d me a replacement salad. However this was not the case. They didn’t honor this and make it right despite having proof that I called and made an online complaint. Needless to say my lunch was ruined

I have never tried Firehouse Subs before so I figured I’d give it a shot. When I walked in the men behind the counter were seemingly making an online order so I decided to give them some time. After about ten minutes or so when they were done with the order, a truck driver appeared dropping off supplies. I was then told I came at a bad time as if not one of the four employees working could attend to me while a truck was there lol Guy behind the counter proceeded to look at me as if I he was unable to do anything and he stood there doing nothing. I just walked out. So ridiculous. I wish I would not have wasted so much time waiting and walked out earlier like the others.

Don’t get me wrong, firehouse subs, as a whole, has gone down hill like pretty much every fast food place in America but this was probably the most bland sandwich experience I ever had in my life. Avoid this particular location at all costs

First time visiting this establishment. Friendly staff. Good food. New building. Bread on my sandwich was a little soggy from all of the sandwich toppings. Maybe they offer a toasted bread option to avoid this?

TERRIBLE. this specific location that I went too had the longest piece of curly hair in my sandwhich. Actually disgusting and when asked for a refund due to me losing my appetite the district manager said they don’t do refunds… instead I can have a sanchwhich card to a place that has hair in sandwhiches? I think not. Absolutely disgusting not even an apology just I’ll remake it. No please don’t ! I asked why do you not do refunds says because too many people want their money back. Maybe because of the poor food quality and lack of cleanliness?
