Why does it take 30 minutes to make a sandwich?
Ordered a regular tuna, asked for a ton of onions and received maybe 3 pieces. The staff at least was nice at the register. While I only had a glimpse (30 minutes) of their business and don’t know what goes on behind the scene, I could see they clearly only had one person making the food despite having 3 or so associates stand around and do nothing. There was only one person waiting ahead of me so no reason why these sandwiches are taking so long to make. Extra stars was given because at least there was a decent amount of tuna just really wished it came with the onions like I asked for.

Sandwiches are solid and whatnot. However, this location seems to constantly have staffing issues. I frequent this location about once a week (Sat/Sun) and most of the time, the same employee is the lone worker in the store, tending the register while making the sandwiches. She’s fantastic, and some how maintains a great attitude in her situation, but you cannot keep putting her in that situation. She needs some help or a raise or something. No one should have to do everything.

I ordered a sandwich for lunch delivery, but my order never arrived. After waiting two hours, I called the store and was told by the manager that the sandwich was on its way and to continue waiting. I waited until my work shift ended, and the order still never arrived.
When I called again, a different manager told me he could not find my order and offered to remake it, but said I would need to pick it up or come back the next day. This is frustrating, as I ordered delivery specifically for lunch while I was at work. Picking it up after my shift or returning another day defeats the purpose of placing a delivery order in the first place.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate a proper resolution for the inconvenience.

Last night was our 4th and final time trying to get a sandwich from this location. This was our 4th time coming in around 7:30 and being told there is no bread. We drove to Forrest Park location and finally got our delicious sandwiches. I hope the owner is aware that business is being turned away. We asked why is there not bread this is out 4th time coming in and being turned away . He said somebody is not doing there job and apologized but a sandwich shop with no bread is crazy!!

Great food and service.. Got the spicy ranch chicken wrap . Wrap was fresh and light . Not to busy or noisy . The price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was made fast and with care .I would recommend to others .Jimmy John’s is a good sandwich spot.. Prefer them to other brands..

Upon arriving to the Jimmy John’s, I saw that I had a very low star rating so I took a risk. Made a lot of sense because they did not have any tomatoes. I asked for a discount they wouldn’t give me the courtesy of giving me one and then the manager who is in the back, didn’t even show the courtesy of coming to the front.

Completely dropped the ball. Put in my order and it never arrived. Called store and was told delivery was on it’s way. It never arrived. That’s not good for business

If you want a hair in your sandwich i def recommend here! Mind you when you call them to tell them they won’t apologize or offer any kind of help. It’s ridiculous & corporate doesn’t answer the phone. That’s disgusting save your money
