We’ve ordered takeout several times before.Up until now issues. I called tonight to place a order for 2 tortellini dinners. One was with the meat sauce the other with blush sauce. We get it and go to sit down and both were meat sauce! I said it twice to when I ordered it. I call them back and explain and the order was correct on the ticket. The cooks screwed up. They offered to send out the correct one, they said to return the other one. Makes no sense they’re just going to throw it out when it gets back. Just wanted to bring this to the owners attention. Because when I called they had no manager. We just got the correct order but that’s not the point. They didn’t offer a credit for the trouble we had. Yes we got the correct order so I guess they think that’s good enough. Like I said up to this point with them no issues. Hopefully someone reads this.

This place is great to grab a few slices or a whole pie on the way home from work,. Or just to stop in for lunch or dinner, the prices are good for the portion size, the flavors are better than what you would expect from a place like this. It’s not fancy fine dining Italian, but it’s close. I frequently get food to go from Carollo’s when I don’t want to cook or spend a fortune.

Ordered the seafood Mediterranean salad that comes with shrimp , scallops and lump crab meat for takeout and was SO disappointed! It was $22.00 after tax for the salad and they only gave 2 pieces of medium sized shrimp . 3 small scallops and MAYBE quarter handful of crabmeat at best . I immediately went back inside and complained . Did not want to accommodate for the amount of protein so I asked for a refund and they did give it my money back. Not sure how the other food items are but they have some nerve charging that price for that small amount of protein . I wish I had taken a picture! I have never been anywhere and I’ve seen that . Do better .

I have had pizza and sandwiches from here– all very good– but last night I was craving pasta. I’m very picky about pasta sauce, however. I do not like sauce that is overly chunky, sweet, or that has a lot of oregano. I’m happy to report this will be my new go-to spot for pasta. If you have texture issues and avoid chunky sauces like me, you will like their sauce. My eggplant parm was easily enough to feed 2-3 hungry adults. I have enough leftover for 2 more meals. It also includes a generously sized side salad and bread. The American antipasta salad is a lot bigger than it looks in my photo and was also very good. I like that the salads were not iceberg lettuce, which has no nutritional value. For the amount of food you get, the prices were quite reasonable.

My neighbors recommended this restaurant years ago, specifically because I am very picky with my salads. Theirs are delicious, and since then, we have had many delicious meals at Carollo’s. Dinners and sandwiches are great, especually their cheesesteaks. Dining in has always been a pleasant experience, and delivery is surprisingly fast considering how far we are. Recently, two of my favorite pizza spots closed, leaving me searching for a slice I like. Despite our love of Carollo’s, we never had their pizza. We finally did tonight, and I have now found my new favorite! Highly recommend this place.
Updated to add that I just ordered from these guys three times in the last week because their salads are SO freaking good. I am ashamed of myself, but at the same time, I have zero regrets.

It’s a windy chilly day so a nice bowl of soup sounded perfect. I haven’t been to Carollo’s in 5 months as last time the food was great but the service or should I say the cashier was outlandish and yelling. I’m not going to say about what unless the owner himself reaches out because it was a wild ride but I digress. The soup hands down 10 out of 10 fantastic however the roll was an absolute waste of money. They warmed the roll and put a heaping amount of butter or clarified butter on it which in turn made it extremely tough and greasy. It was nasty. Would not recommend the roll at all. Just get crackers. Also the idea of putting all of the utensils for customer’s in a quart container facing up so everyone who wants a for or spoon has to touch everyone else’s fork or spoon is unhygienic and disgusting. All of this coupled with a counter girl/ cashier who was just a bit corse didn’t make it a great experience. If the food wasn’t good I wouldn’t come back.

We get pizza from this place once in awhile. This time it was worse. Bearly any cheese on the pizza. All veggies are sliding off from the slice because they didn’t put any cheese on the bottom of the veggies. Little bit cheese on the top of the veggies. Too much sauce. Bread/crust extremely hard. Sauce tastes disgusting. Must be a new cook in the store.

Food was decent, the waitress was rude. She made comments on how my 13 month old was too messy (he got some cracker crumbs on the floor). She also didn’t speak to us when giving us food and was sweeping right next to us as we were eating. We felt very uncomfortable and not welcome from the moment we asked for a booster seat.
