Super mediocre mexican food. Ordered the Elote, cali burrito, and quesadilla. Elote was good, pretty true to style. Quesadilla was mid. But lets talk about the cali burrito… lived there for years and i dont miss much about california but i do miss the cali burrito soooo i was hopeful. So far VA, you have let me down and this spot is no different. I very clearly asked of this was a wet burritp or if it was closed and handheld (as they are in cali). Waitress said no its closed, its not wet. What was devlivered? A sopping wet pile of meat and fries covered in disgusting cheese loosely wrapped in a tortilla. Plenty of food but beef was super overcooked and tough and I couldnt taste anything but this cheese trash. Know your menu and listen to your customer.

10/10 would recommend you coming, the food was amazing!! My son whose the pickiest eater ever loved the food! The vibe is amazing and welcoming! The food came out quick and hot, fresh off the stove not luke warm like other restaurants!! We will definitely be coming back we loved it!

A friend recommended this place to us. Finally had an opportunity to go today and I am so glad we did!!! The service was top notch! The salsa that comes with the chips while you are waiting for your food was to die for. Best salsa I’ve ever had! Our meal was super tasty and was perfectly portioned. It was so authentic, it made me feel like I was back in Texas. This place is now my new favorite restaurant and we will be back soon!

Downtown suffolk smaller corner building. Perfectly placed. Just the right size. The food was outstanding.
They waited on us quickly and efficiently. With thank you’s and a such amazing manor and amazing customer service.
Everything tasted great it was cooked fresh. Piping hot and full of flavor. We will return. Pictures won’t do this place justice, when you hear the sizzling of your fajitas. Go check this place out they are open. Make sure to bring your mask as you’ll need it to walk In. All the staff were also wearing thier protective gear. It was clean and amazing.

Nice Lil spot, everything is was on point and it’s so close to my daughters dance studio. I had the Al Pastor tacos and the wife had the Fish Tacos. The fresh guacamole was some of the best I had. I plan on going back as soon as I can!

Restaurant was wide open when we came in. Received service right away. Food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. First time here and will def be back. Chicken taco salad and chicken fajitas. We loved everything! Thank you

I had the beef chimachanga and my husband had the burritos both was very flavorful! Homemade hot sauce was on point. Note when I said I really like spicy the waitress brought me two more to try in small containers, the red sauce was really spicy good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Will go again when in the area.

I have been here countless times since they opened! The food is always fresh, good looking and most importantly DELICIOUS! My favorite dish is the carne asada sopes. If you’re a fan of spicy, ask for the special salsa. This a family owned and operated local establishment that also cares for all the citizens of Suffolk. They typically keep a cooler of cold drinks outside for those that may be walking past in the heat. I assure you, if you come you will leave happy and full!
