Mad Greens is hands down one of my favorite spots! The entire staff at this location is beyond wonderful, the service is quick, and the store is always incredibly clean. The ingredients are consistently fresh and high quality.
Kelci is especially outstanding. He is incredibly personable and welcoming, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel appreciated and that my order is absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares that much about the customer experience, and it’s clear that he values not only the customers but his team. Makes every visit at this location stand out and I always leave with a smile!

The staff were absolutely exceptional, and not only made an incredible dish but we’re friendly, engaging, and appreciated my patience as I waited for fresh steak. Which on that note, the new steak is AMAZING. Lourdes made my meal and was kind, listened, and made sure it was perfect before I left. And the acting manager Jonas went above and beyond to chat, talk about their new products, and provided me a free drink because of my wait. Additionally the space was clean, inviting, and 100% earned me as a repeat customer.

I am so lucky to work at the Chuze Fitness across the street because it means I get to frequent this amazing restaurant super often. I’ve been a regular here for about 6 months. Portions are always huge and consistent, all their ingredients are cooked to perfection. Dining area feels very clean and welcoming. If I could, I’d eat here every single day!

I showed up with my friend trying to get food and one of your employees Kelci gave one my best eating experiences ever, my friend and i both agreed he made us like mad greens again, i have been going there for years and i didn’t like the fact that you got one sized bowls, but Kelci completely changed my whole opinion of the place. 10/10 definitely going back.

Wow, what can I say other than “Perfection!!!” Mad Greens, in the mall, has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time; from their fine attention to detail on portioning your meal correctly, to immediatley friendly and attentive staff, I was blown away! The food is fresh and delicious! Seems like they rotate the kind of greens they use for the week based on what they have on hand and what’s most fresh, which I love. I’d recommend the Athena salad (big version, pictured). I’ll absolutely be coming back and this will likely become a place I frequent!

There was only one guy working when we came in and he was pumping out online orders and moving the line along at an astonishing pace. It was my first time and he was patient and helpful. The other employee came out once a few more customers came in and she was just as friendly and fast. The food was delicious and I loved the blueberry soda.

I had a bad experience at a Mad Greens about 15 years ago and stopped patronizing the chain completely, but decided to give this location a try a few weeks ago since there are very few options for good, reasonably priced salads anymore.
I have now been multiple times in the past few weeks. This location, the staff, the experience are all top notch!

PHENOMENAL. First of all, the counter team made it totally memorable and entertaining, all while moving incredibly fast. Second: I am NOT a person who usually likes the kind of food associated with any menu whose restaurant has “greens” in the title. BUT, I had the rice salad mix – EPIC. They also have WRAPS and MAC AND MAC AND CHEESE, and Blueberry Soda? Come ON! Will absolutely be back.

I came in about a week and a half ago and purchased a southwest green bowl with extra chicken and extra rice as well as a poncho villa salad and a mac & cheese kids unfortunately the whole meal was really bad. Our salad bowl had really hard quinoa and our green bowl had really hard rice making me think that the grains were not fresh. Usually, I would let this pass, but this is the second time that it has happened with the rice I called to let the manager know and spoke with somebody who told me they would refund the south west bowl since my husband was not able to eat any of it since most of it was rice that was super hard. Unfortunately I have never received a refund after being told I would get it. I don’t usually complain like I said I know things happen, but it is ongoing with the rice and very disappointing when you look forward to a meal and a night from cooking only to spend and waste money and end up still having to spend more money to replace the food that should’ve came correct.
