I ordered from here. I didn’t receive napkins, no ketchup and my fries was so over coooked, they taste like potato chips. I’m so tired of spending my money on food I can’t enjoy. I wish I could give it a zero tbh. Every time I order, it’s wrong or the quality is low.

Always great food and service. So much so, I pass another closer location simply to patronize this particular location! The people are always very friendly and attentive. I’ve never stepped inside without kind and confident greetings. I work in the area so I sometimes grab lunch, and no matter what time of day they are CONSISTENT! This evening I showed up a few minutes early for my pickup order and decided to sit inside and wait. The young man who greeted me was nice enough to walk around the counter and hand me my order. He absolutely did not have to do that. I wish I had gotten his name, but I picked up my order on 12/18 around 9:30 in the evening if that helps. After the close of a long day, the team here brought me to a smile. Keep up the great work!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and my order has been stolen. Never came. I just spent $50 on an order to call because it hasn’t arrived and can’t get no one otp???? Not one person. First time I didn’t get my order called spoke to GM who said hey she’ll give a refund guess what never gt it.. ATP Yall stealing ppl money… someone needs to be issuing me a refund. I placed an online order with an estimated preparation time of 16-21 minutes. Surprisingly, I arrived in less than 15 minutes, and my food was already prepared when I walked in. The customer service was excellent, but my only minor gripe is that the fries were old and warm rather than fresh and piping hot.

I wish I could give it a 0. I was absolutely astonished at the service I received. I ordered a 6pc boneless wing meal half atomic half lemon pepper with a side of fries to be delivered to me while I was at work. While eating my fries I noticed a hugeee clump of hair (as seen in the picture). Now normally if it was just a strand I would understand. I worked at a wing place and even with a 100% rating sometimes accidents happen. I would’ve happily just had my fries remade if it was a strand of hair but obviously after this I was very put off from ever eating at wingstop again☹️. After I saw this I immediately called the store and they said I could come into the store and get a refund or get my fries remade. I went to the store in person after work and they said that they could only remake the fries and not give me a refund. They told me that apparently their system doesn’t do refunds and they could only remake my fries. While there I also noticed that none of the employees in the kitchen were wearing hairnets. So do with that information as you will. I personally did not get my fries remade and I just left the store.

I ordered the 3 pc Chicken Tender Meal w/Fries and subbed Veg Sticks for the drink. It unfortunately is not a regular option, but the associate received that I did not want a drink and worked it out for me (and the only reason that I tried this place for the 1st time). The Tenders were deliciously tossed with Garlic Parmesan. The supposed Seasoned Fries, however, were burnt and tasteless. I also enjoyed the Veg Sticks (which were just cut celery and carrots) with the Blue Cheese Dip that the meal comes with. It had actual pieces of Blue Cheese in it and was not the usual flavored dip! “Wingstop” seems to take much pride in their sauces and dips.
The main issue for me was not having many choices of sides (only 2) and a drink being a required item on the meal. I may return but it would only be to try the other sauces (12 kinds!) and the different wing types (bone-in and boneless)! Also, I will only do Take-out because of the type music that was being played by the staff on my visit (rap with profanity) and because there was a weird odor in the dining area.

Tried to call in an order, got half greeted with a bunch of giggling. The girl I talked to just handed the phone off to the manager I suppose who was also laughing. He was nice, politely told me I can’t order takeout over the phone due to people not showing up. So I drive up there and try and place my order. And the girls like hello, starts to take my order. Stops me and looks at her phone saying I can’t order my food it’s 11:28. We close at 11:30. Bu online it says 11:45. Then says you can try and do an online order it won’t let me. But they were still cooking food and the guy on the phone told me to order online. Just a bunch of kids working up here avoid at all costs.

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite to eat. He got the Hawaiian bone in wings I got the garlic Parmesan bone in wings. They lacked sodium, however they were fresh! The hand cut (my all time favorite) fries were hot and delicious! They had sodium on them! The best part is the Bleu Cheese omg! We will definitely be going back!

I order almost $40 of wings and fries.90%wings are so tiny and small we start laughing. I ask for sauce they charge for $2. And crew are very busy to using cell phones. I fill sorry my self to waist that much money for this kind of restaurant. Never go back.
