One of the best pizzeria in Long Island. Their pizza tastes great. You can tell people love them, because take out counter is always busy and even on a wednesday night the place was full of customers.
The decor looks contemporary and the place is clean. Parking in front and more in the back. If you are craving for pizza, this place is a must try.

Dined here the other night. My friend got seated at her table then my brother and i joined him. This lady refused to service my brother and I. It was so bad another male server came over to take my brothers order, bring his food, and check on him. This lady refilled everyone’s water glasses twice and continually walked by us without speak or asking if we needed anything. She gave someone else our check to drop off to us. Terrible service. Will i say it was a race thing, i can’t be certain. However, my brother and i were the only black patrons. I’ve been coming to this pizzeria for over 20 years back when they sold cannoli’s !

Since moving from Brooklyn, I’ve looked for a go-to pizza shop, and Gino’s is the one. Delicious cheese pizza and grandma pies. When they are busy it is better to pick-up the order because their deliveries can come at room temperature or colder and not as yummy as an in-person pick-up. Their phone lines are also tied up on Friday nights during peak ordering time. You have to call repeatedly to get through, but is worth it!

Called this place a few times to order for delivery and no one greets you or even speaks they just pick up and wait for you to say hello how are you supposed to know your calling the right place. Each time I called waiting to get a greeting or at the minimum. “Thanks for calling Ginos” but nothing just air and they hung up. I took my business across the street where they know how to treat a customer .

Foods fine but this is the third or fourth time I’ve ordered a chicken roll for pick up and it’s not even touched the oven. Specifically asked for it to be hot and it was cold. They reheated it as the rest of my food became cold. Not a huge request.

We have been eating here for years. Great food for a very reasonable price and good sized portions. The bread basket is sooooo good. I like the rigatoni rustica. The princess chicken is good and my son loves the penne ala vodka.

The fact that this place is so popular literally blows my mind. I have been let down by them countless times but keep going back. Just tonight while I was in there the staff was grabbing slices with their hand from the display and putting them in the oven (not mine I would have told them I want new ones). I ordered a buffalo slice (so crazy inconsistent there). When I got home and opened the bag this is what it looked like. How can you serve something like this. Honestly there has been worse times but this was the last straw and I needed to post a review.
