Limited breakfast options and food didn’t taste very good, patties were cold and dry. I got free lounge pass, so it’s fine. I would be very disappointed if I had to pay.

I felt so unwelcome here. They were SO hesitant to let me in because I was a Priority Pass holder. The reasoning was “we are reserving spaces for Business Class ticket holders so we can only host you for 30 minutes”. Even then, the service and atmosphere did not feel relaxing or welcoming, which is what tired passengers are looking for. The 30 minutes is also enforced, they wrote my departure time from the lounge on the receipt and even kicked someone out because they were a couple minutes over even though the lounge was near empty!
Food was okay, good number of vegetarian options but coffee machine was broken and no made-to-order food.
Location of the lounge is also crazy, you have to walk through some deserted halls and go behind restricted areas to see it. I’d rather just grab a coffee and walk around in the main terminal! Hard pass.

OK, perhaps I am overrating the Golden Gate Lounge a bit but compared to the China Air lounge down the hall, this one deserves 17 stars. The food is much better and they always have it stocked. There is a self service ‘bar’ if you want a drink and a stocked fridge. It’s small and can be crowded but that’s because nobody wants to go to the China Air lounge. They take Priority Pass.

Very disappointing experience. It’s honestly more comfortable to wait at the boarding gate than in this lounge. While the washrooms are clean, they resemble public restrooms, and the view is just a parking garage.

Like others have noted, I also greatly prefer this lounge to the China Airlines lounge. The food and drink offerings are better and the space feels more modern.
I especially enjoyed the nut offering they had, which included my favorite pistachios.

Came out after spending 10 mins inside. Inedible food, diluted beer – wouldn’t recommend. The only thing worth having was the can of coke.

Small lounge located just after TSA scanner. Accessed with Revolut pass. went at lunch time. It only has chairs and high chairs. (Could be great some sofas to relax on) only 2-3 power plugs in all lounge…. Only macarroni with meatballs to lunch.. alcohol zone very poor.. pretty crwoded. Staff was great. I was expecting more. Not coming back

If you’re looking for the best lounge in the country, or the best lounge in SF, that isn’t Golden Gate. But this was a nice lounge that had a seat and some decent hot and cold food.
They let me in with Priority Pass at 2:15pm on a Friday, after China Airlines claimed to not allow PP.

What sets this lounge above from the rest and clearly grants it 5 stars is the staff is really professional and friendly.
They even do rounds announcing upcoming departures to ensure that passengers do not miss their flights.
The space is spotlessly clean as staff are extremely meticulous, i watched their cleaning staff thoroughly clean and wipe down even the legs of tables.
