Social Profile:

The Arepa Place specializes in a Colombian and Venezuelan dish known as arepas, which we make the traditional way! First, we boil and grind the corn. After kneading the dough, we make the patties and then grill them. The arepa is cut open and stuffed with your choice of mozzarella cheese, black beans, fried plantains, steak, chorizo, and/or chicken. We also have breakfast arepas! Each arepa comes with one of our homemade salsas. We also serve delicious empanadas made from freshly ground corn. These corn pockets are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, ground beef, or potato and eggplant before being deep-fried. Lastly, we also offer side dishes of sweet plantains or plantain chips with salsa and/or guacamole.

Amazing food with amazing people!
Came in here for a quick bite after walking around Wyoming. The staff here is super kind and helpful. If you don’t know what you want to order.

I went with their special, the Chicharrone arepa. It had sweet plantain, corn, & crispy pork. I also grabbed Columbian lemonade to drink. Super refreshing! They have a large lot w/ plenty of parking, super easy to access.

While visiting Cincinnati, we came across this Colombian restaurant and decided to give it a try. The place has plenty of parking and was very clean, which gave us a great first impression. The waitress took our order quickly, but since we went during lunch, the menu options were a bit limited and the food took over 30 minutes to arrive. Prices are reasonable, and I’d recommend it if you’re not on a tight lunch schedule.

Nothing but great things to say about The Arepa Place. Great food, great drinks, great service, amazing owners. We have been here multiple times and have nothing but awesome things to say. The arepas are excellent, the plantain chips with guacamole and salsa blanca are perfect for snacking on, the employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful when we have questions about the menu, and the bartender makes an amazing drink. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely love The Arepa Place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, welcoming service and the incredible smell of fresh arepas on the grill. The food is authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care—crispy on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside, and packed with delicious fillings. Every bite is satisfying, whether you go for a classic option or try something new. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality is outstanding. This spot is a true gem in the area and a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh, comforting, and flavorful food. Can’t wait to come back!

Please come and check this place out! Such great food, friendly faces. There’s a bar for special occasions in the back and the front is more set up as just a casual place. Patio in the back. You can also find Columbian comfort and convenience grocery items and some take-home menu items in the front. Wheelchair accessable entrance, patio, and restrooms. Picture menus out on the counter!

The Arepa Place in Wyoming is truly a place you must visit! The arepas are big but very affordable, and the sauce options are my favorite part. We usually order at least two extra of each sauce just because they are so delicious and I like leftovers! The plantation chips and guacamole are homemade and yummy. They have a counter where to can watch them make food, and at the front by the register is a mini market with international items from with America!

We had a great time last night. Food was delicious and savory. We loved the salsas with the plantain chips, the empanadas and arepas. Also, mojitos were well made. We dined in the patio area with live music as a background. We even had the chance to dance a couple of songs. In general, we enjoyed our time.
