Went and grabbed ice cream and some dinner this was my son’s chicken when we got him…I will never order from here ever again. Thank god my son only ate one bite hoping he doesn’t get sick from this…absolutely disgusting. And yes I’m taking this corporate. I truly hope this gets investigated…my son could have gotten deathly sick from this.

We live in a moment where everyone wants to be critiquing something. This location plays straight up hard core CCM on the house P. A. System. (Love it or not).
The staff here are worked to death and some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in fast food.
This is a very nice newer facility and has a FANTASTIC eastwardly facing covered outdoor dining area which is breath taking on a nice summer evening.
If you want to enjoy the best that DQ has to offer…. This is a chance to do so.

The meal deal shows 4 pieces of chicken tenders but the cashier insists that it was for only 3, then when I went up to clam my son’s ice cream and my husband’s Sunday I waited forever so I went up again and they asked me if I wanted it now? As we were ready to leave both trash cans were full and over flowing with trash. We will never come back to this location again!

I dont even know why i keep coming back, whether its a single item order, or a family order, the “teammates” WILL mess up your order, I ordered a single large oreo blizzard and fries and got a halfway full small mnm blizzard, i pulled back around and was refused a new blizzard, DO NOT COME HERE! If you really want DQ, just go to Vandalia, heck, maybe their location is just as bad, i would like a representative to contact me for compensation immediately! Worst experience ive ever had in the food industry!

I just want to say this place is doing great at what they do! Our desserts and pretzel sticks came out fresh and without issue and in a timely fashion! The cashier Wyatt K. was outstanding and very polite and I believe that should be recognized. Polite people are what make people come back not just the food!

The food is good and you can get pretty good deals. Ice cream is always delicious, but a little pricey. Service is friendly and usually quick. The parking lot is kind of hard to get in and out.

Ordered two cones dipped in chocolate, two cars in front of us, waited in line 20 minutes which is fine but when handed us our cones, the ice cream was melting, literally dripping down our hands and the hands of the worker who handed it to us. We dumped them and went to the DQ in Huber which was over $2 cheaper I might add. We will NEVER go back to the Fairborn location.

I am a bit disappointed. We went Thursday 9/4/26 at 6:02pm. I ordered a hamburger and 2 shakes. We got the burger within 5 minutes. But waited for the shakes. The cashier Keisha had to remind the others in the back over and over we still didn’t get our shakes. I was well past eating my hamburger. After 10 more minutes we finally got our shakes. I am thankful you at least had Keisha as she was the only one worried about customer service.
