got a full pie. half if not all of the slices cheese stuck to the flimsy triangle individual paper boxes they give you instead of full pizza boxes so immediately the top of the cheese slides off of the bread or is pulled off when you open the box… the cheese is actually just sloppy on top and had to go back and get 3 of the display/premade slices because they were actually inedible since there was no cheese. just not good for the expensive price.

Worker named yannay was extremely rude and seemed upset, lacked basic manners , they had a staff that can’t take the order correctly and communication is little to none for when order is ready. All employees constantly on their phones then touching food and pizza was okay at best, overpriced and overrated.

I’m a big NY slice fan. Sbarro used to be my favorite chain pizza but it’s really nose dived in the past 10 years. The pizza really sucks, breadsticks are plain. Service was slow but not unpleasant. Won’t be eating this again and I’d recommend eating at one of the nearby counters instead.

Horrible service. Crappy food. Employees have crappy attitude as well. Waited forb30 min for my daughter to get a piece of pizza on her birthday and it was the low point of the day. We will not be eating here again.

It’s alarming to observe multiple health code violations within 10 minutes. All the employees on the floor were drinking and eating on the service floor. They were using their personal cell phones while serving guests simultaneously. Not once did I see them wash their hands after eating or using personal devices or touching their face and mouth. Food borne illness waiting to happen
