Do not come here unless you want to be yelled at by your server. The male server working brought me the wrong appetizer. My fiancée went in to ask them to switch it and the woman working said no problem. A couple minutes later, the male server came back out and raised his voice and very aggressively told me that I was lying and that I had ordered what he brought me. We tried to leave afterwards, but the woman brought the rest of our food out right away and I didn’t want it to be wasted. She was slightly apologetic and said she would take care of our table. A woman nearby heard the whole exchange and told me that male employee was always like that. I felt extremely uncomfortable and the woman working said the guy was just crazy, taking no responsibility for it other than just saying sorry. The food would have been good if the experience didn’t leave me with such a bad taste in my mouth. No food is worth feeling like you paid to be yelled at.

I live in San Francisco and drive to Sausalito just because I’m craving Kitti’s Place!
I have been going to Kittis for as long as I can remember and they never miss. The staff treats customers like family. The food is indescribably delicious and the portion sizes are insane! I have never found thai food that can compare. No matter what you get; Pad kee mow, Tom Ka or a lettuce cup appetizer you will enjoy an explosion of flavor! The staff consistently go above and beyond to make something delicious and special when my mom (who has numerous allergies) comes to visit. Why would you go anywhere else for Thai food? Next time you are craving Thai in the Bay Area come to KITTIS PLACE!

My family and I have been coming to Kitties since my kids were in high school and they are all grown with children of their own now. This is a bay area gem, and serves the best food thai in the region. When my kids come into town we always try and go to Kitties it’s the best and always the first place we recommend to anyone visiting.

Came here with a family of seven and they were able to seat us all comfortably on the outdoor patio! They even brought out food and water for our dog. Overall the food and service was great. Highly recommend.

So incredibly pleased with our experience at this restaurant. From the service to the food everything was perfect.
We came in when they were only doing take out, which we said we were more than okay to do, but they insisted to set up a table for us.
We got the Thai iced tea, salad rolls, pot stickers, pho, and egg noodle dish. Each was so incredible, and some of the best of the dishes Ive tried. Portion sizes were massive, a great price for what you get.
Our drinks were refilled as soon as they were close to empty, and we were given any sauce we could’ve needed, the service was so quick.
The staff was so friendly would highly recommend, a hidden gem:)

My sister and I walked up around 5, we didn’t know they switch to only takeout after 4:30pm, but the family owners were so nice. They offered to put a table up outside for us, gave us ice water and the most delicious complimentary carrot and ginger soup I’ve ever had. They gave us extra rice at checkout too. Everyone was so sweet!
Past that, the food was delicious we ordered Pad Thai, Potstickers, and Ga Prow Kai Dow. The sauce with the Potstickers was so delicious!! And the Potstickers themselves were packed full and tender. My sister loved her pad Thai and the sauce in my Ga Prow was heavenly.
I wish I lived here so I could eat here every day!!
