I have tried all of the recommended Vietnamese restaurants in Wichita and can say that Pho Cuong is THE BEST for pho (I haven’t yet tried anything else on the menu in my four years living here because it’s so good). The egg rolls are perfect, too. Service is super fast & friendly, although they are busy there’s never a wait, and the tables are always clean. We travel all the way across town just to go here. Highly, highly recommended.

Food is good but they definitely short you with some items like this Thai tea that I was able to take 3 sips from before finishing the $4 drink but the pho is really good

I come here a lot and haven’t had any complaints but today I spent about $70 on food and asked for chilli oil the guy bring out one and it was literally not even 1/4 cup full so I asked for 3 and wanted me to pay for it. I don’t mind paying but when you have about five orders you should at least get in per. Bad customer services. The food is always good but the service can get better.

I was brought here by coworkers who wanted to expose me to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Both are married to Vietnamese men, so I knew I could trust their guidance! I’ve had egg rolls before, and these were tasty and served with a sweet and sour sauce. My friends requested fish sauce- a must in their minds – but I was not a fan. Spring rolls are a new experience for me, and these were tasty with a bright flavor courtesy of the mint leaves. We also shared a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, which was good and tasted like most other ham sandwiches (AKA: not different for my palate). When we moved to the main dishes, we shared pho (yum!), bun rieu (I had never tried blood cake, and it’s ok if you don’t think about it) but didn’t have room for the Grilled Beef with Lemon Grass vermicelli we also ordered. Lots of good food, lots of new flavors, and a fair price. I would go back!

This place needs to do away with their worn out soup spoons, you can feel and touch the uneven bottom surface which is probably due to being overused. It’s a turn off eating with these poor spoons in more than 2 occasions. In any case they need to upgrade those unfaltering spoons. How about trying the real creamy porcelain spoons for a change?!
And why is that Friday Pho soup almost always salty with zero flavor? Paris Banh Mi on Greenwich has better/ true Pho flavor, Cuong needs to raise his/her games up to be consistently good. Put on apron/uniforms to promote your brands, to provide clean/good service you must love your brands, don’t be lethargic and so so – it will drive people away.

My pre-teen granddaughter and I shared one bowl of meatless pho. The pho was delicious and they had no qualms with proving an extra place setting and bowl. The crab wonton was delicious too, although, the previous visit to Pho Cuong’s crab wonton was ugly. Glad we gave it a second chance. Our tab was $19 with leftover pho to bring home

I was happy with the food but not the service. The waitresses seemed to try.and whisper and had there headphones in. The. When I went to check out I had to wait while the guy was playing on his phone while he was checking me out.

Have never had pho before but am a huge fan of ramen so decided to try. We were just picking up carry out but would definitely come back and try dine in. Very friendly staff and owners. Even though it was carry out the pho was very hot still and the add in ingredients were fresh and plentiful. I love trying and supporting family businesses and will definitely be happy to come here again but this time to dine in.

Workers don’t communicate and stared at me like I was from another planet.
Crab rangoons are great, but I was GROSSED out by the pho. Could only stomach a little of it, left the rest and ate at home.
Regarding atmosphere, it feels a bit like solitary confinement in there. Super uneasy feeling.

The server rushed me to order, They were skimpy on the meat in my pho. I usually get the same P1 at different places And this by far was the worst. Also, the server never came back to check on me for a refill or to see if I liked my food. I will never be back
