This was my first visit to New Hampshire and specifically in Concord. This place was recommended by a local blue collar guy. I was expecting a pretty standard wrap!
Was I wrong! This wrap is delicious. It didn’t look that big but it was loaded with whatever goodness one wants. The flavor is amazing. The chips are fantastic, and made in house. I could eat bags of them.
The service was intentional, pleasant, and fantastic. What a great establishment with great food and genuine service.
One other subtle touch, real flowers in the little vases. That is a fine touch of intentionality!
If and when I come back, I will be eating here again!!

We love wrap city and come all the time! Sometimes multiple times a week The wraps are always cooked to perfection and sooo delicious. The owners and staff make coming even better because they are always so friendly and greet us with a smile they make sure everyone is satisfied and are accommodating with special requests. Our favorite wraps are the Santa Barbara Ranch and the Omaha Rueben !

Our group of 14 ordered lunch from the Concord Wrap City location on Loudon Rd. The order was placed 2 days before our meeting. Everyone loved their lunch and loved that there was such a large number of choices. They provided choices for one of us who is gluten-free and another who is vegetarian. EVERYONE asked to use Wrap City next time we hold a lunch meeting.
For me, the one who placed the order, Mike went out of his way to make it easy. He explained things and listened to my needs regarding pick up time. Everything was very professional and efficient. The lunches were placed in individual boxes with chips and the outside was marked so we knew what was inside. The food was great! Fresh and tasty. Don’t hesitate to have them cater your meeting. I highly reccomend this Wrap City.
I can’t speak about the dining atmosphere since we did take-out.

My husband and I were in concord to do some errands. We stoped at a restaurant in the same plaza as wrap city. We did not eat at that first location because of the poor customer service service and store cleanliness. Luckily wrap city was close by in the plaza. The store is bright and clean. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Smelled amazing (bacon! ). My husband ordered a chicken Santa Barbara wrap. I ordered a personal creation not on menu crispy chicken cutlet avocado cheese on sourdough toast. It was amazing. It was a huge portion . Everything looked/was fresh —lettuce was crispy. Veggies were good. It was perfect. I always count on wrap city when we teavel for a fresh meal and concord location did not disappoint!!! Wrap City is second to none when it comes to food, service, atmosphere. I have to be honest at the Concord location there is one spectacular lad named Nolan. He gave me the warmest of welcomes the second I stepped inside. With his charismatic personality I felt like I chose the right place for dinner. With the exorbitant about of options he recommended it was a cake walk when deciding because of his help. Not sure if he was newly acquired since the last time I was at Wrap City, but kudos to him for his adaptability and attention to detail! Trying out the food it was a party in my mouth, it passed the eye test, then went right down the hatch like a charm. Great flavor and overall experience! 10/10

I’ve always been a huge fan of Wrap City, but I’ve noticed recently that the quality has gone downhill quite a bit at the Concord location. I often feel like I’m being served ingredients that aren’t spoiled yet but are on their way out. I wish this was based on a one time occurrence, but I’ve been experiencing this regularly for the past few months. Unfortunately I’m going to stop ordering from there because of it.

Cities wraps are fabulous! My wife and I have tried many of the different combinations that are offered and what is great about selection is that you can switch and swap any ingredients.
The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous, can’t get any better!Service is quick and the facility is clean.

But beware, fellow diners… we ordered chips, unaware they already came with the wraps. Hidden in plain sight, the menu revealed this truth—after our credits were spent. Vast, the menu is. Easy to miss, even for trained eyes.
A kind reminder from the order-taker, helpful it would’ve been.
