The place is very clean and the service was great. But sadly, my taro boba drink was not that good a bit flavorless, the boba felt old. Might give it another chance with other drinks soon.

The milk tea and smoothies are good. The place is clean and minimalistic. I got what I ordered exactly how I wanted it. The sweetness level can be customized, you just have to say something. Will return again for more.

Worker was rude. Acted like I didn’t know how to use Apple Pay. Something was wrong with the machine and she needed to reset it because my card didn’t work, so I could use Apple Pay. She said “it’s been working all day”, which was an unnecessary comment, when it clearly said on the screen to insert card. Then she took 10 minutes to make 2 shakes and by the time I got my shakes they were already melted, with way too much chocolate. You could see the chocolate syrup on the sides, inside the shake. Three different groups came in, minutes apart and she gave everyone their order at the same time. Like she had it sitting in the back, until she was ready to bring up all the orders because she was too lazy to give everyone their orders one-by-one once they were finished

The Vietnamese coffee tastes horrible here. It was watered down barely any milk or coffee. Like if I received the end of the coffee pot.

I just left this establishment without my beverages, money and very bad and rude customer service. The girl working there 07/07/2024 Sunday @ approximately 3:10pm has to be trained on good customer service. Soon as we walked in she didn’t acknowledge or say hello to me or my daughter. After a couple of minutes she said how can I help you but with a very bad tone of voice while staring us down like she was mad yo work there and with so much horrible attitude. I then replied to her “yeah you should of said that a while ago but without the attitude!” I told her to give me her name; which she refused. I’ve usually go to the sister location on the east side of Lancaster and never have bad customer service like today. I would also like to add that her boyfriend also began to yell and threatened us with calling people to the establishment. Which I went to him and told him stay out of it cause I was a loyal paying customer that was having an issue with the girl and not him. Later on the Father of the boyfriend and a young woman showed up to calm the young guy down which didn’t help and only escalated the bad situation. This is the last time I’ll go to this location, I don’t need to get bad customer service. Mr.Z please explain to the young girl about the importance of good customer service. Thank you and I’ll just continue to support the east side location where you’re workers are always nice and helpful.

Decent drinks. Super hot, cant even sit in there longer than a few minutes without sweating. Customer service was awful, the lady that took my order was flat and rude. I would go back but the lady was terrible, so I’ll go to kirin hut down the road 🙂

The strawberry marble smoothie was good, but they gave me the nastiest, tough dry chicken popcorn I’ve ever had. Straight up couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away.
