Went through the drive through and ordered a 1/4 pounder with bacon meal. Nothing fancy here. Car ahead got their food and left. I was asked to pull around to number 6. Car behind pulled in to number 5. 5 cars went through the drive thru and left and 13 minutes later and employee brought 2 bags. I decided to eat in the parking lot. Sorta warm 1/4 pounder (no bacon) and cold fries. This isn’t the first time crap like this has happened at this location. Last stop I’ll make here. And yes I understand you don’t give a dam about my business… thousands of people waiting and quality and service is a thing of the past.

Packaging is usually horrible. HARDLY if ever provides bbq sauce, if they do, its double what’s recommended. The build of the burgers is messy, with majority if the patties or other ingredients falling off or not even on the burger. They literally ran out of Big Mac BREAD!!! How can a McDonald’s run out of big mac bread?….

For whom the male manager that is wearing a white shirt, black hair, with glasses. He is currently working as of this very moment, 3:23pm (1523) on 10/05/2024. Well, if someone were working customer service, don’t you think customer service should be involved? I did not get greeted nor get acknowledged. May be petty in some eyes, but sometimes customer service makes a difference; even a fellow hello. At least whoever prepared the bag, good job . Any who, have a great day and be safe, always!

Food came out reasonably fast and was cooked just right. Love the value meal deal. It’s awesome. I hope it sticks around. We had a nice time dining here after a busy day.

The standard of quality here is horrible. So many orders come halfcooked or raw and many items are generally missing, especially when you order through the drive-through. This happens frequently like 2 or 3 out of 5 orders. This is unacceptable for a standardized chain. Take a look at the raw quarter pounder with hard cheese that wasn’t even bothered to be microwaved by the workers lol sandwich was also upside down.
This restaurant is relatively newer but thats not an excuse. That would mean then that Mcdonalds quality control for new stores is horrible which can’t be the case if other nearby stores are not so horrible

Boy, this location STRUGGLED to get my order right. It’s not like I modified anything or made it difficult on them. The woman who took my order, put it in incorrectly. I noticed, and asked her to update it. I go to pay and they charged my for an extra drink, that I did not order. Then I go to get the food and they didn’t include one of the items I ordered. ♀️ Why is it so difficult to listen and understand. It’s literally your only job to fill orders accurately and efficiently. I’ll save myself the headache and go elsewhere next time.
