First time stopping by a Biggby Coffee, and it was delicious.
To me, it had that perfect blend of smooth coffee with the touch of sweetness I enjoy.

I get a sausage egg and cheese Bragel and mocha mocha latte almost everyday. I never have any problems. Staff is always friendly and professional and quick.

I visited this morning for the very first time, ever. I was unsure of what I wanted but AJ was a tremendous help & We figured it out. The cookie freeze with mocha & espresso shots was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! Better than Starbucks!

The young man in drive thru was very patient and maintained a pleasant and professional manner despite my carload being new to the menu and asking a kazillion questions. When we drove up to the window, he looked at my dog and asked if she was allowed to have a pup cup. When he handed me the cup of whipped cream, to my delight, it was garnished with a dog biscuit.
I ordered the caramel Marvel, and my son and husband their own, can’t remember, but they also ordered donut holes. I tried one and it was way better than Dunkin’s.
My Caramel Marvel was so good and had perked me up so fast that when we arrived at a birthday, I felt like a salesman because I was telling everyone about how they have to try Biggby Coffee, and how it was wayyyy better than Starbucks and Dunkin. So I hope my pitch will bring in more future coffee addicts, to keep this business going. A lot of Bethel likes to keep it old school, and stick with their McDonald’s coffee, so we need to get the word out and do some minimal and safe brainwashing.

The drinks are exactly as advertised……. If you ask for extra sweet foam and are charged for it you simply get the adverted amount…… 4 different times ……no extra foam just the normal amount of slightly less …….. BUT MAKE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT THEY WILL ASK FOR A TIP BEFORE SHOWING YOU YOUR COFFEE so you have no ideal how to tip if they did a good job or not…….just a honest review……

The food is good and the service is always great. The cold brew coffee flavor is not very strong, even with a shot of espresso, and the flavors are very faint. You can barely taste the caramel even with extra. Wish the flavors were more pronounced. It is convenient as it’s the only coffee shop with a drive thru in Bethel.

My youngest really wanted some boba and I saw that Biggby had some. We stopped and the employee was very helpful in explaining the options to have a decaf beverage with boba. My guy loved his drink (scuba blast).
