This place always makes the drinks full of ice barely any drinks in the cup. I remember speaking with the manager and she told me “that’s the proper measurement for the drink” when I showed her my cup it had more ice than drink. Any other Starbucks I go to they make it evenly portioned. Today I get a drink and it’s full of ice and watered down.

This Starbucks location has some of the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The low rating is clearly well deserved. I regret not checking the reviews before coming here.
The behavior of the employees was unacceptable and completely lacks basic customer service standards. One employee was openly disrespectful and nearly told me to shut up. That level of hostility toward a paying customer is outrageous.
This is a management failure. The entire team needs immediate retraining, and the manager should be held accountable for allowing such behavior. Being treated this way first thing in the morning was a horrible experience.
Starbucks should seriously review this location’s staff and leadership. I will not be returning for sure.

I was there at 6am… there were maybe 5 total customers in the store, including my car and another in the drive thru.
I got to the window, paid (and even tipped $2) then waited and waited. The lady opened the window again and was about to tell me my order’s total. She thought I was a totally new customer, then was surprised that I was still there and no one brought my coffee. She asked if I received my food, I said, “No!”. She disappeared, then I waited and waited. I finally had to just leave without my food because they were already making me late.
To add insult to injury, 5 miles down the road, when I finally took a sip of my coffee, I found that it was either hot chocolate, or they don’t know how to make a latte, which is what I ordered.
They need to get it together. It makes me think twice now about giving a tip before I receive my order moving forward.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a white mocha with caramel drizzle around the cup. When I get to the window I am handed a very dark brown drink. I noted politely to the barista that I had ordered a white mocha, not a mocha. She proceeds to tell me in a very rude manner “well i heard mocha.” and slammed the window shut. Not only did they give me the wrong drink entirely, they put in the wrong kind of milk and didn’t add in the customizations that I PAID for. The sticker even showed the customizations! So, to the balding blonde barista who took my order, please do better and reflect on how you treat people. Luckily for me, I went to the other location on Bernal Ave and they happily helped me and remade my drink correctly.

I’m trying to avoid plastic lining in papercups so I always order my coffee in for-here cup. She put it in a paper cup, ok so I told her that my order was for-here, but she just hands me the ceramic cup. Im like WTH!. Then I explain to her that I’m trying to avoid paper cups all together. She gives me this weird look and angrily makes my coffee. Why did I even tip??!??

Ordered a tea online before the rest of our family went in but watched them get their drinks. After fifteen minutes asked where our drink was and got told they just started working on it. After another five minutes and watching multiple people order and receive their drinks an employee asked what we were waiting for, we told them, they poured steamed milk into a cup that had been sitting there and handed it over.

They give me a new version of my usual order nearly every time. I am sure this is unintentional, but I have started to look forward to see how they mess up my quad espresso with extra splash of oatmilk several times each week. It should be served hot in a tall cup. Today, I ordered it with a pump of dark caramel syrup, and they gave me a Venti cup of iced espresso. This place is convenient and all of the staff are incredibly nice.

They got my order wrong After I waited more than 30 minutes in the DRIVE Thru for a caramel macchiato and a hot chocolate and cake pop for my son. It tastes like a watered down iced coffee in milk. No espresso. I get the same thing daily this was a fail. Terrible Customer Service & was Rushed along . Please Staff Up to accommodate this busy location.
