Very yummy Mexican food. Huge portions. Friendly staff. Weird salsa…unsure if I liked it. I am not a fan of tomatillos especially in salsa. Also kinda a let down on so much cooked in lard. We don’t eat much red meat & my sister doesn’t eat any red meat, so beans were off the wanted to eat list & the rice was questionable on lard being in it or beef broth, not sure. Sis didn’t eat her rice after noticing the taste was questionable, she will get sick if she eats anything from animals-exception only to fowl. The wait staff asked about the beans but was unsure on the rice. This shouldn’t be a time to question things, they know it don’t. Other than that I enjoyed my dinner, minus my rice…& Beans.

Well I’m sitting here right now. The server was irritated by our orders and questioned each order in the beginning. She didn’t write any of the orders down so when they came out they were wrong. Nothing was fresh, the lettuce wasn’t drained which caused meals to be wet/soggy. Steak undercooked twice, raw onions, the chicken for my tacos was almost soup-like and the beef had no flavor.

First time going there for pasole. Very pricey for a small container. See picture. Did not come with all of the usual sides, cabbage, cilantro. Had to add multiple sauces to make it edible. Definitely not going there for posole, makes me question the other food.

Everyone was very nice there. We all felt the food was ok but it wasn’t anything special. Just one example is the taco shells didn’t have to be made from scratch but they could have at least fried soft corn tortillas to make the food seem more authentic instead of using boxed taco shells like fast food places do.

The only thing decent about this food was the way it looked. The food is very bland. If you like spicy salsa though, that is good. The chips come out nice and warm. A true Chili relleno is made with white cheese not cheddar. Service was good except she didn’t clear any dishes until the end. So yeah I won’t be going back. I ended up with food poisoning. This is the second time.
