Showed up kinda late, was a little slow but we had James serve us. Super nice man, appreciate him, his kindness won’t be forgotten. Food was absolutely amazing too, made our day. We were in a rush so we couldn’t thank him again but absolutely would’ve.

Miss the good ol’ $5 footlong… now it’s almost double that. Yaya I know inflation etc. Workers were friendly and helpful. (Even though they tried selling us stuff we didn’t want) haha. Sandwich was good and place was nice and clean.

I ordered on DoorDash roast beef with herb and cheese American cheese with roast beef. They only put one slice of meat on my roast beef and put no cheese. They toasted it though they put a lot of onion, pepper, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, mustard, and mayonnaise, but they didn’t add tomato, they didn’t add lettuce they didn’t add cheese. They didn’t even add pepper seasoning and Parmesan on it. I ordered a it with bacon. I have no bacon I have one slice of meat .

Seems to be a common occurrence here. Stood next in line even after everyone else in front of us had gotten their order and left. Stood there for over five minutes while three of the four people working there proceeded to ignore us (other customers behind me too,) and all started working on other orders that were for what I presume was door dash.
I understand if those orders were before us and needed to get to them. However, none of them even acknowledged us or said anything. All three stood there making food and didn’t even look at us. Honestly the atmosphere there is depressing. No customer service. Not even a welcome into the store or just to let us know that once they were caught up they’ll get to us. Just a very bad situation that a simple acknowledgement from them would’ve been the fix to it all. Just says they’ve gotten bad training all around. I went to a different place to eat since it seems that they don’t want people to visit the store. Door Dash is what they seem prefer to cater too.

Everytime I’ve come to order something here they always are out of items. If you offer a turkey bacon avocado sub you should have all ingredients that’s on sub. Definitely not satisfied with this location
