I had a hankering for a breakfast sandwich and it was approaching noon, so decided to try a local bagel cafe. Bagelicious is tucked into a corner of Bayberry plaza, and does not disappoint. Owner and staff friendly and welcoming. All American on Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel made fresh to order with a very short wait time. I also ordered a sugar cookie for a co worker. The best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time, two scrambled eggs, double cheese, double bacon. The bagel itself was amazing! They do offer many homemade cream cheese flavor, and toppings as well! I did want to try the bagelicious sauce as well! Sandwiches are large and pre cut in half making them easy to share. Cozy, clean , breakfast/lunch cafe ambience, flavored coffee’s and tea available. I’ve been in Liverpool many years and wonder how I’ve missed this hidden little gem of a cafe for over a decade! They definitely are making the world better, one bite at a time!

Ordered the western bagel sandwich and added the bagelicious sauce and chive cream cheese, on a cheddar jalapeño bagel. Chef’s kiss!! So good. Cold brew was okay but obviously the main reason to go is for a good bagel!

I tried ‘Bagelicious’, which comes with cheese, sausage (other options are available), and egg. You also get to choose from a variety of bagel breads. It’s very delicious. However, I hope they might consider adding their own unique secret sauce to enhance the flavor, if they haven’t already.
Inside:
There’s some space inside for dining, and I noticed that many people were waiting for takeout.
Outside:
There’s plenty of parking space!
Overall, I really like this place and plan to visit often.

This place is absolutely amazing. We have been buying the bagels for a while years now and never got disappointed for a single time. It’s always crazy there in the morning and they are done by noon, so better to get their early.
Staff is friendly, menu is pretty clear, neat and clean, plenty of options for breakfast so you won’t get tired easily.
We always buy dozen and get fresh cream cheese, that way everybody just love it in my family.
Dinning is also available inside and outside. Highly recommend LAKE EFFECT

We tried them twice and both times they had run out of sesame bagels, which is the only thing my wife likes. The second time was at 10:30am. We live 20 minutes away so will not be back. Maybe need to manage inventory better and consider making more batches during the morning. Thank you.

Not your typical boiled bagels. Fresh baked daily. Soft and delicious, Bagelicious! Their sandwiches are great for lunch and the egg cheese and meat bagel is awesome. Staff is always friendly and the owners are almost always there. Stop in and enjoy.

The bagel authenticity debate can go on forever I guess, I’ve eaten them in NYC so I’m not about to try to proselytize. Damn good sandwich though! Was a wonderful Italian type bagel, though I forget the proper name, amazing red pickled type relish on it. Wife had a veggie bagel sandwich,her might have been better honestly. Ate outside,nice day, very friendly staff. No reason to not to go back.
