An eclectic menu with a Spanish focus is the highlight at this tiny spot with a minimalist interior.

Really great vegetarian options (rare in Jax), great date night, music and vibes. Server and chef too! Would’ve tried everything on the menu, can’t wait to come back.

Stopped in for a glass of wine and they gave me the whole experience in a second. Brilliant food and the owners are absolute dolls. Thoroughly enjoyed this little place that reminded me of downtown Manhattan. I highly recommend everyone goes out of their way to visit.

Very cute little place with tapas and shareables. Vegetarian friendly and full bar. Highly recommend.
We made reservations which was a good idea as the place gets very busy.

Without fail, this ‘little’ restaurant has 2 Chefs that consistently hit on point dishes!
Have been a massive fan for 3 years and they are the reason myself and my wife settled in Jacksonville
If you haven’t had the chance to experience 13 Gypsies, be patient, the covers are small, the food is mighty!
Tapas style, so order 4 or 5 Dishes
The Menu offers a delectable but not overwhelming choice
Price is very reasonable for some truly outstanding dishes
Thank you Gentlemen!! We shall return

Yum Yum Yum. The food, feel and service made me feel like I was in a hole in the wall local bistro in Melbourne (Australia) not FL, London or SFO. It was a such a joy to enter a small but welcoming space with an open kitchen that highlights the chef and his teams confidence in what they make – highlight was the crispy potatoes and curry (very UK) and the ox tail ragu which was a outstanding. Highly recommend

A quaint corner restaurant, with a unique vibe. The 13 Gypsies motive isn’t what I expected, but then again I wasn’t sure what my expectations were going in. A very small dining area, with a few sidewalk tables for seating and perhaps waiting. Wait you will do without reservations, because guest just keep arriving. The menu options are unique, and so items sell out. Daily specials are available. I can’t say enough good things about the food. Tasty, portioned so you can enjoy, but not to over indulge. The in house chef’s take pride in what they do, and I promise that once you’ve signed there, you will plan another visit. Be sure to let them know that Terrance for Rochester sent you.

Funky little tapas place with great flavors. Here’s our favorites in order, Mongolian beef, sausage on crostini special, octopus, cauliflower, gnocchi and cured meat plate which was the only one lacking flavor. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake in a tiny mason jar without crust that was so creamy and delicious. Portions are small but we didn’t leave hungry. We were here 4 years ago and during our travels had to come back. Same great place.

Made reservations here with my friend. Got seated right away, food was good but it was tapas style and the portions were really small. Service was okay-ish but we were asked to leave because they only give you a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit to eat since they only have a few tables. The food was delicious, we enjoyed the Mongolian beef skewers and the curry! They honestly had the best sangria I’ve had besides Spain. The only complaint we had is that it was kind of dark inside the restaurant and it was very hot and felt like there was no air conditioning that day we went. Overall, I give it 4/5 stars⭐️

My wife and I enjoyed 13 gypsies last night. Very small and intimate setting. Make sure you make reservations! It is a tapas menu with beer, wine and homemade sangria. We had the mushroom special, gnocchi, chorizo, ricotta and cabbage. Everything was phenomenal! My favorite was the gnocchi while my lovely wife most enjoyed the cabbage which had no business being as good as it was! How do you make cabbage so good?
We can’t wait to go back to try other options! Highly recommend!

13 Gypsies has been on my list to visit. Read so many good reviews from my fellow Yelpers so I couldn’t wait to try them. As expected, the place is small and very intimate. I think 5-6 tables only with a bar. Having browsed their menu several times, I knew what I wanted to try. Theirs is tapas style and we were a group of 4, so we shared everything. We ordered Cucumber Tomato Salad, Spanish Pork Mojo Skewers, Cauliflower in Curry Sauce, Butter Braised Cabbage, Risotto and Mongolian Beef. We each got a skewer of the pork and the beef, and they are definitively the dish that stood out. Savory and delicious! However, the rest of the dishes were just okay, I was expecting an explosion of flavors and they were just underwhelming. Taste for me is subjective, so I would still encourage everyone to visit this place.
