Karen is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond every single time and genuinely creates such an amazing culture within the restaurant. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. When we first walked in, we were greeted warmly and sat down quickly. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. Next we were served chips and salsa. The chips were AMAZING and I ate a full basket myself! After we ordered our food, it came in about 10 minutes. That surprised me because there is so much food on each plate! The food was great and very filling, and every time we go there the food is constantly good!

Love coming for the breakfast at least once a week. Didn’t let me attach a picture of my food but from the presentation to the taste it’s absolutely delicious. My wife and I always get Claudia to take care of us and she always does an excellent job and makes sure we leave with a good taste of mouth!

Karen is the greatest!! We moved here 6 months ago, and found Cancun. It’s now a weekly staple in our household, and LOVE IT HERE!! Food, atmosphere, and of course Karen, make it such a wonderful part of the week. We all look forward to dinner here, to the where my daughter asked to have her birthday here, and they brought out a hat for her to wear.

Margaritas are on fire, super fresh, juicy and full of flavor. Guava Margarita completely stole my heart, but Pepino al Pastor and Cazuela Margaritas were right up there too! Food is absolutely irresistible too.
AIME & KAREN truly stood out with their warm hospitality. They were so attentive and thoughtful with every recommendation, it made the whole experience even better. They deserve more than 5⭐️, no doubt about it!

We happened to be up in Windsor for a soccer game and swung by to grab a quick bite before heading down.
We were seated right away. I absolutely love the atmosphere as we walked in. The interior is very colorful with multiple TV’S throughout the bar and restaurant playing Sunday football.
As we were looking over our menu, our waiter came over with their homemade chips and salsa. I honestly couldn’t stop eating them. They were delicious. Not too greasy and the perfect amount of crunch. The salsa itself was the right amount of spice.
We ordered off the lunch specials which they have everyday before 3. Everything came out fast which we really appreciated since we were in a hurry to drive back down to Denver.
The food itself was delicious! And it a giant plate where majority of us took half of it home which was nice because we ate it for dinner.
If you’re in the Windsor area, I highly recommend stopping by to grab a bite.

Our preferred Mexican restaurant in Windsor. Great service. Good food. Solid drinks. The staff are swift, personable, and caring. They are also fast. A great place to go for dinner before we do some errands, like go grocery shopping.
