I’m always looking for the BEST cheese steak! This one was definitely right up there with the best! It’s HUGE! Could have been 2 meals for sure but I couldn’t put it down and choose to be miserable…lol
Note:Sit in your car and they will come take your order. There is limited parking so you may have to take a lap but we got to park right in the front. We tried to do a call in order but that service was unavailable. We did have an online option but we wanted to pay cash! Either way it was worth the 15-20min wait for our subs! Also the Fried Mushrooms were delicious and the crinkle fries were good.

1 Star for the steak, definitely philly style. That said, the Bread on the cheesesteak was super thick untoasted and cold. BOTH ends of the sandwiches had 0 meat! Posted pics of Both ends. Only the middle has a regular portion of meat, you get 1 good 1st bite on each half the rest is bread. When I complained and showed her the sandwich the excuse was “they didn’t push the meat down into the sandwich”. She didn’t seem to care when i told her I’d have to leave a bad google review. Smh. Thin layer of meat on top of the middle of a very wrong bun…wild! Back to Big Dave’s and Uncle Phils i go! That long ride was super disappointing. 45 minute wait…

Hiring children to run your establishment can be one of the leading causes of a restaurant going downhill. This was my first experience with this place and of course I wanted it to be a good one. However, I sat in my car and was not greeted upon arrival. A young lady eventually came out, sat down, and took my order. Once finished, she walked back inside without mentioning payment, so I figured I would wait in the car and then quickly run to another store down the street while they prepared my food.
A few minutes later, I received a call informing me that payment had to be made before they would start cooking. I had to fight traffic to get back into the parking lot where my $18 sub and fries were waiting.
The place definitely has potential, it just needs the right staff and a little more attention to service details. Not to mention, I didn’t receive any napkins or eating utensils.
As far as the food? It was great.

I was craving this Chicken Philly. It’s a 10/10. Thought I would try Bug Dave’s Chicken Philly don’t even compare I bit 1x and said I can’t eat this due to me chasing Weeyums tasty Creamy Chicken Overly Loaded Sandwich.Worth every penny Placed order online it was ready in ten minutes.

I feel the quality of the food and service hasn’t been to the standards they’ve had in the past. This used to be my go to for a quality hoagie. I ordered the same sandwiches two days in a row a simple Turkey hoagie no onions and a CheeseSteak Hoagie. I drove from Lawrenceville made it back home when I noticed my Turkey again didn’t have barely any turkey lots of Mayo lettuce tomato but three thin slices of deli meat. My Chesse Steak hoagie no onions didn’t have any cheese nor tomato nor lettuce nor pickles. But again lots of mayo also a shortage of meat. My first day was close to closing so I figured ok it was the last of the last I gave them a pass. But today I was first in line they opened 11:00 I was parked by 10:45 waiting patiently finally ordered and on my way by 11:45. I used to love this place please take heed of our concerns and bring this back to what we know it is! Better training of staff hold them accountable

I went to get a Philly today. I asked for mushrooms and cheese with green peppers. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I get a text saying that my order was ready. I go across the street to pick it up. Even the cashier was surprised I came so fast to pick up my order. When I went and opened up my sandwich, it was so wet it was dripping before I even unwrapped the paper. I was confused because I never got a sandwich like that before. I needed napkins in a rush. when I opened the sandwich it was so soggy it was no longer edible. Mind you, it took them 10 minutes to make my order. I’m assuming it’s hot and fresh.They gave me an extremely old soggy wet sandwich that sat because no one had picked it up.. completely disrespectful. The bread was so soggy I could not even stomach to eat it. When I asked for a remake, the cook claimed it was because of the mushrooms making it soggy. He said I can get a refund. I just wanted my sandwich made, even if I had to wait

Look, the cheesesteaks are really good, but it would s not worth the wait.
We placed an order for a single cheesesteak and an order of fries online at 2.00 PM; app said there was a 45 minute wait. At 3.30 PM (1.5 hours later) asked about our food and was told they would START on it in about 10 minutes. Asked what the hold up was, they said ‘everyone has had an hour wait.’ Told them it has been 1.5 hours, she said the most they can offer is a free drink.
Finally received our food at 4.04 PM – 2 hours and 4 minutes after ordering.

Good quality fell off yall did something with the old chief or changed the type of meat/bread and now all of a suddenly yall don’t even dice the jalapeño no more… You guys need to shake back right… Grew up on yall food what’s really goin on… You guys must be banking on new customers knowing damn well your original customer is what built the grape vine… Come on now yall straighten things up with this cheap bread not putting no time into cutting simple vegetables… Yalll paved the way now yall done went hollywood with the philly ….
