Really great customer service, I ordered a quesadilla and forgot to request one with meat, I realized after I paid and asked if they could add meat. It wasn’t busy so they had already made the cheese quesadilla. I said no problem but what seemed like the manager was already making a new one with chicken, I pull out my card to pay for that one as well and they said on the house. I wasn’t expecting that and was very nice of them.
The place was clean and all the staff that was were very nice and the food was good.

One of the best fast food stores in town – I believe they have a longtime manager and it shows. The staff are almost always trying their absolute best, and that store gets very busy! The wait is usually reasonable (Taco Johns actually used to market themselves for taking longer to make the food right, they are not supposed to be the fastest).
I think I have gotten one wrong order in the past six years living nearby, which is fantastic, no restaurant is going to be perfect. Also, if you love an old fashioned taco salad in the fried shell, all the Taco Johns are pretty good, but the one I got last night looked better than the fancy ones (it used to be very trendy) back in the day! Simple but fresh tasting shell and a very generous amount of taco meat. Plus super oles are the “casserolization” of nachos, and I am 100% here for it, excellent West-Mex concept.
I dont usually leave such enthusiastic reviews for fast food places, but the cleanliness, the service, and the food being 99% correct & delicious deserves a few paragraphs. Plus if it is still the longtime manager running the place, she is a hoot and I love chatting with her, she takes such pride in doing her best in a very challenging market.

Stopped here for a “quick” bite on a road trip. Very long wait for food! We were patient and would of been more understanding if we were told before we ordered that they were short staffed. Instead we all ordered and it took over 40 minutes and first time we asked they said it’ll be done soon and then at the end they said they were short staffed. But that’s too long for a fast food. Food was decent nevertheless and decent prices is why I added 1 more star

What happened to the Super Nacho plate? Still delicious but but tiny for the price. The new crispy cheese taco was ok but Holy Salt! My standby is the recommendation taco burger. Yum!

I don’t like to write this kind of review, but in this case I feel that I have to. I recently went to the store on Central Ave (near Target) and ordered one sausage and potato breakfast burrito in the drive-thru. I was surprised to see the price had gone up to $4.59. The wait time was fine, but the bag felt light when they handed it to me. I took it home and opened the wrapper to the most pathetic burrito I’ve ever seen. I called the number on the receipt and there was no answer. I emailed the address on the bottom of the receipt and haven’t heard back. This is disappointing because Taco John’s has always been my favorite small-town fast food restaurant. This place has clearly adopted the big corporate model of higher prices for lower quality products and disappointing service. Bye-bye TJ’s

If the caucasian lady with glasses would’ve made my food. I would have turned into a unpleasant human. She literally sneezed twice on her glove, made eye contact with me,then didn’t change them. Thankfully the native lady made my expensive little platter meal. Who remembers the super ole’s coming on a plate like platter?,not a small bowl container. Downgraded.

Upon arriving at this establishment I noticed no exterior lights on and the drive thru menu was not lit either so we checked the hours on the door which reflected open until 11 :00 PM. We decided to order at the drive thru around 9:15 PM and were greeted by a very rude male (pictured) and he would not let me finish my order and continously kept repeating “is that it? what?” and to top it off he messed up a very simple order. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a very nice woman who was very polite and helpful. I let her know that I asked for an extra order of potato oles but the guy did not relay that so she offered me an option to make the oles large size for an extra dollar or add one order at full price so we opted for the one dollar upsize. The rude male then looked at me, scowled then rolled his eyes. I can understand having a bad shift but if that is the case then he should not be working with the public. If you see this male employee in the pictures I would suggest going some place else or avoiding this location.

I am a Taco John’s connoisseur. I go to Taco John’s every time I can. I was in town for a football game. Aunt stopped here. This one is 300 miles away from where I live. Once or twice a month I drive at least 200 to 300 mi to go to the nearest Taco John’s. They used to have one in my hometown of Idaho falls. This Taco John’s is one of the top four that I’ve ate at. The food was fresh and delicious. Olays were perfect. And I always get a customized number 5. And they didn’t screw up my customization at all. Which means more to me than anything you can know. You made my day!. My week even my year. I’ve been to six other locations this year and this was by far the best.
